   10 years ago she cut my sons ear with the clippers. About 3 years ago she took the end of my eye brow of when waxing them. I classed them both as accidents. But recently she styled my hair and never put heat defence spray on and frazzled my hair. She’s either really bad at her job or has something seriously against me.

   Great and very professional hairdresser. My hair was an absolute mess as have not been to a hairdresser for a very long time. Had an amazing hair cut and blow dry today, very happy with the finish and service. Also, great prices for Edinburgh too.

   Not happy with the haircut. I specifically asked not to cut a lot but she managed to cut around 8-10cm. Also showed a picture what I wanted but unfortunately didn’t get that. I have long hair but still didn’t find this appropriate. I would recommend to clean your brushes between your clients as there were lots of different colour hair. Missing hygiene.

   A very nice but around 70+ year old Anne cut my hair today. Not awful but not good and way too short. Maybe it's time for retirement? Sorry but lost a potential long term customer as i am from the area

   I highly recommend it. I have alopecia and it is the first time I am very happy with the results, even my daughter is over the moon with her straight hair. Staff are amazing and price is good. We're definitely going back.
