My wife used Politi's for many years. Excellent staff and very good facilities - I go there and now understand why. And despite Philip's dreadful sense of humour (and style) I'll keep returning.
Philip Politti - so disappointing. Been going there for many years. Sent an E-mail to book an appointment 9 days after they re-open, so not looking to be the first one in or anything. I received an E-mail back telling me to call back next Tuesday. I responded to that asking if they could just book me in from my E-mail. I did not get a good response. Not great customer service or loyalty. Not asking too much. Just go through your E-mails and FB PP, fill in all the appointments....it’s really not that challenging. A little respect and accommodation for faithful customers wouldn’t go amiss at a time like this. Deeply disappointed with split ends, 10 inches of dark roots and shaggy-dog hair down to my waist! Id heard others complain, but I’d always been satisfied until now. Well, they’ve just lost my £160 plus tip for a restyle and full head of highlights!
Have been going to Philip Politi for many years now and I can honestly say each time is a wonderful experience. I have fun and relax time and end up with lovely hair too :):) I would highly recommend their salon, they have many experienced staff with lovely personalities.
Was part of a wedding party getting hair and make up done for the big day. Freda done my makeup beautifully and I trusted her judgement (about blusher) and she was right, looks great in the photos. Chantal done my hair which everyone was complementing me on. Cant thank the team enough. I can highly recommend this salon for bridal party or party what so ever. Reasonable cost for hair and makeup. Would love to wish all the staff a great year in 2014. Have been coming to the salon for the last 10 years and have always been made to feel valued. Every member of my family goes to the salon and thoroughly enjoys the experience that we have come to expect. Keep up the good work and I look forward to my next visit.
