Normally a fan of Tap but got kicked out for no reason at all - was dancing with my partner and tripped slightly on one of my feet. Removed with no conversation no check in or anything from security. I really do understand they have a job to do but I had had a couple drinks and was a genuine mistake. Paid £15 to be let in to be told to leave after that. Really gutted as didn’t even get to say goodbye to my mates and check they got home safe! Completely get needing to keep places safe but I was removed whilst people were literally vomiting in the toilets. All that was needed was a conversation to check in on me and my partner. Won’t be coming back for a while :(

I wouldn't even recommend tap n tin. It's okay, but drama always kicks of in this nightclub, they need to make an alchocl limit there. People are always High there . Don't get me wrong tap is alright lol but the people can be rude. People are there to hook up and make out, and in my opinion that's not what a nightclub should be about.. x

Absolute jobsworth security guard, we paid an entrance fee to get in, havnt been clubbing for a few years but a friend was moving away and wanted to go out to a club we use to go too. After paying to get in, a mate left his phone in my car so went round and got it then wasn’t allowed back in because it was past 2. I then went out to get my keys off him and the body guard basically gave me a countdown like I was a child that if I didn’t go back in soon I’d also be stopped. So I had to say bye and leave and explain to everyone else what happened. Ruined a good night out. Pathetic.

We've been here lots of times with no problems; cheap drinks, different floors for different music and sometimes a nice place to meet people. Although I really do not trust security. I was apparently too "drunk" for entry when wearing a baggy hoodie but low and behold when I took it off and was wearing more revealing clothes I was fine for entry. We've also had an issue with things apparently being "found" in a pocket that wasn't there. The security team is very childish, biased and quite a let down to the club. Make sure you keep your drinks safe/ covered.

I had way too much to drink last night and was throwing up in the toilets. I must have passed out because I was awoken by the staff and medics saying they had closed!! They were all amazing helping me sober up and get home safely and were all really friendly and supportive despite my sorry state (I was throwing up a lot). Thank you for helping me out I really appreciate it.

I’ve loved Tap n Tin ever since i’ve turned 18. However, a previous time I went there a friend wasn’t let in because he was, ‘too drunk’. I’m aware this is subjective, but at the time I felt he wasn’t and I went out to support his case. I came out of the club subsequent to already being let in and I was additionally turned away soon after even though I was let in prior. A month or two later I come back, sober, I wait in line. The bouncer has a smug look on his facd and recognises it’s me. An expected outcome he turns me away, ‘You’re too drunk go eat something - sober up.’ I humour this order anyways whether it be out of pettiness or honesty. Out of curiosity I do just so, however upon return I’m met with the same look and treatment, ‘You’re too drunk try again another time.’ At this point, especially after being coherent with his actions this felt like more of a personal vendetta by the staff rather then an application of their job role - please rectify this so that others may not face the same discrimination. Please contact for any further details about the bouncers additionally if need be.

I’ll never come to your establishment again after your covid pass notice. You’ve destroyed any credibility you may have had with an extremely loyal customer base because you’ve publicly announced support for medical apartheid and have essentially confirmed you’d have been in support of the persecution of a group of people based on their own medical well-being decisions, this isn’t 1940s Germany, what a disgusting state our country is in because of decisions like this by businesses who aren’t even under pressure to put the restrictions in place for ordinary, law abiding, healthy citizens. Mark my words, Karma will come for you and your business for being on the wrong side of history…

Not the only decent nightclub in Medway but it's definitely the best one. The clientele tend to be quite young, mostly teenagers, but there are some older goers who seem like they've never left. The drinks are cheap and the downstairs rock music is pretty good.
