Great service, staff are lovely and friendly every time we visit. Move getting to use my blue light discount too!! Super value for money even without the blue light discount. Always enjoy our meals here! We had the festive menu, excellent portion sizes!

Food was tasty enough, but not exactly piping hot the portion of meat on the roast beef Sunday dinner was 3 very small slices. But the icing on the cake was the staff hammering nails into the pillars to put up Christmas decorations without so much as a consideration for the passing customers. Needless to say, I won't be returning anytime soon.

The food was really delicious. I had the ribeye steak and my dinner companion had the surf and turf. We both loved the pepper sauce.

Visited Beefeater Cleland while staying at the Premier Inn next door - very convenient location. The food was absolutely delicious and excellent value for money. Staff were friendly and service was prompt. The menu has good variety and portions were generous. Everything was well-prepared and flavorful. The bar also had a nice selection of drinks to complement the meal. Perfect spot for travelers or anyone looking for a quality meal at reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend and will be back when we're in the area again!

This place serves food from a different planet or has hired an alien chef. Everything on the menu, along with the customization options, is absolutely spot-on beautifully presented and a delight to the palate. The warm, welcoming staff guide you through the entire menu, and the cozy vibes make for a truly delicious experience.

On entering your front of house staff was not pleasant or even a smile. Service was a bit slow. We were not explained how the soft drinks work paying £3 + and not told it was refillable as not been at your restaurant for over 6years. After the main course it told a bit of time for the staff to come back then it was too late for pudding. The food was lovely, 4 adults and 3 year old

Food was passable, coleslaw missing off plate, I had smothered chicken and it had the smallest amount of bbq sauce and cheese on it, my daughters dirty roast potatoes was missing the turkey, and gammon steak was very poor quality and tough, no where near usual standard for beefeater staff very disinterested and no atmosphere in place at all, didn't bother with desert as just wanted to leave! Feel like wasted £60 and wishing we had driven down the road to the next beefeater as its much nicer

The food at the Newhouse is always outstanding. I've never had a bad meal and regularly try something new. The service is great most of the time. However, sometimes it can be really slow. Especially if the place is busy. The decor is nice and the staff are always really friendly.

Food cooked well and tasted good. Service was good. Atmosphere was a bit dull, maybe just because it was Sunday evening. Was a little cool, but I can understand they have to watch the heating bill.
