    I am happy to share my first experience with water nation. We order IBC'S 2-3 per month obviously when you order you can choose the option to arrange a collection of the empty IBC's. Very accessible and straight forward procedure. Exactly that happened: I ordered 3 and asked for a collection of 2 that we had from previous order. In few days - nothing happened, I was already panicking because by that time I had already 4 empty IBC's and no signs of anyone trying to collect them. I called water nation - they arranged everything. I received the confirmation, but it was scheduled for a much later date then we needed. To clarify: 4 empty IBC's are quite big and needs a bit of space + the 5th one that is still full. The entire stress was around a monthly event that we were preparing for. On the event day I needed every single square meter available in our warehouse and around it to have a successful outcome of the event. I called water nation to ask for an earlier IBC collection date. I was very sceptical, it was wednesday, the event was planned for Friday and I literally had to get 4 IBC'S out by Friday. Realistically only Thursday - the only day left to make it possible. I was lucky to speak to Marta! Thank you Marta for your care, it was so much easier just to apologise and say that:"computer says - NO!"!!! - I am so grateful that Marta truly listened to my concern about Fri and how crucial is to have IBC'S collected on Thursday which was literally the next day! I was amazed that she arranged it - I bet it wasn't the easiest thing to do considering that it was needed for the next day + the service should be ordered with a 3rd party company. Marta made it real! Well done! That's not everything, on Thursday when the collection service showed up, I realised that I had to specify the quantity of IBC'S. My initial collection order was for 2 empty IBC'S however on Thursday I had already 4 empty IBC'S. The paperwork clearly showed a collection of 2 from our premises. That's IT! I made this mistake! I will have to support the consequences or just magically have the other 2 bulky massive IBC'S disappear, dissolve, vanish somewhere. With all my stress and full of shame I thought I'll try calling Marta again. Every second was crucial, because by the time I called water nation - the collection staff was wrapping up and making the paper work ready to collect my signature. Amazingly - again Marta listened carefully, She straight away took prompt action with specific instructions for me as a customer. The collection service was already wrapped up, the truck cargo bay was locked and the driver was checking the paperwork to collect my signature. He was explaining that he can't do anything unfortunately and he must collect only the number specified on the paper work - just 2 IBC'S - I don't blame him, the only person to blame was myself. And Guess what?... The driver's phone rang, after a short chat he then happily confirmed that today I'm lucky - and he is happy to collect the remaining 2 IBC's. Everything was Done and arranged within minutes from collection service arrived. Marta arranged it! what I considered impossible - she managed to make it possible! That is a real customer service and customer experience focused employee! All my respect!!! Thank you for that extra mile which clearly made my Thursday and Friday event so much easier to arrange and manage. All Respect Pavel Calenic
