   Amazing place! 8 of us went here for dinner (mix of adults and children). The food was outstanding. Not one complaint from anyone. The chicken wings are the best wings I have ever tasted. The service was fantastic and the place had a really nice vibe. Cannot wait to go back.

   Disappointed to be giving my visit one star. I was there for lunch on Saturday 25th Feb 2023, the food was excellent the serving staff were attentive and professional however the day was ruined by the terrible attitude of the Manager Linda, she was rude and unprofessional. This needs to be addressed as she is letting the place down.

   Had a great 3-course meal in the restaurant with my sister. Excellent menu choice at reasonable prices. Food was yummy and well presented. This was topped by Dawn, our excellent server. She was so welcoming and friendly. The only downer was the multiple tvs showing tragic news items. They were positioned so that you couldn't not see them. Not in a restaurant, please. Will definitely be back.

   Four of us went to The Belmill Hotel for afternoon tea.The place looked okay and it's nice inside but unfortunately the afternoon tea was not so good.The lovely cakes and scones we were expecting weren't good.They didn't have one normal cake there.It was small finger cakes and only a few and 4 different coloured small macaroons which as it happens none of us like.4 scones hot from microwave with cream and jam.2 of the scones went hard as they'd Been in microwave too long. And in the middle a half of a large sausage roll not looking very appetising .2 of us had tea 1 had coffee and 1 had a soft drink .we did complain a bit but the manageress came to us and wasn't very nice.quite abrupt so we ate what we could and left.Very disappointed and definatly won't be back and couldn't recommend this place.

   Had a lovely impromptu meal. Emily the waitress was so attentive. Managed to get us a table even though we hadn't booked and recommended dishes from the menu. Excellent customer service. Would definately recommend.

   Lovely birthday get together with friends. Super starters and mains washed down with some classy wines all reasonably priced. Staff and service absolutely first class. So accommodating and friendly. Mark the owner attentive also ensuring our satisfaction with everything. Thank you. Looking forward to our next visit.

   Really pleasant hotel with comfortable and tastefully decorated rooms. Above a busy and popular bar at weekends but they have done well to soundproof the rooms. Friendly service and a very good breakfast that's fantastic value for money. The eggs were perfectly poached. There is guest parking behind the venue up an alley or opposite the venue. Great base for anyone using the motorway.

   In for a quick lunch today. Charming but modern decor. the sheltered beer garden is lovely. The food was excellent from a better than average selection. Service was fast and friendly. It is slightly more expensive than its local competitors but I would say it is worth it.

   This place has been given a fantastic make over. Great service and very reasonable prices. I had the beef burger with haggis and my husband and friend had the chicken burger and the chicken fajitas, all very tasty and fresh. £6 for a strawberry daiquiri is roughly the same as Glasgow prices but they were delicious. Will definitely need to go back and fully recommend.
