Nice salon and the blow dry turned out well, but I was surprised to be asked to pay before my hair was even finished — it felt quite rude and rushed. Also £61 for a blow dry is pricey, especially when I usually pay around £40 in London. Decent result, but the customer service and pricing could be better.
I booked a hair appointment for my wife that didn't match with what she needed but the staff was very courteous and figured out how to get what she needed for the big event that we were headed to that evening. Had some serious jet lag and fell asleep in the hallway. Thanks for not kicking me out LOL
Iain really made the experience and I am appreciative to have met him on my short visit through from Australia. More than a stylist, he made it a special moment for me having decided on the spot to go the full shave for the first time. He gave it a great fade look and I am glad I did it! Thank you mate
Jason did such an incredible job: I couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful hair-up for my wedding. He had a look at my dress, face and hair - and just knew what had to be done. Everyone there was so amazing! Eve did such an amazing job for my wedding hair. I definitely recommend going for a trial beforehand to reduce the stress on the day. I just sat there and saw her work her magic. Thank you so much to the team!!!
My first time visit as a walk-in. I was pleasantly surprised in being lucky to be scheduled for a hairwash and a blow dry. Was even luckier to be booked with the lovely Jenny. She was quite competent and professional. Turned my hair from a boring straight to a beautiful glossy simple curls. Thank you Jenny!
Would not recommend this salon. Went for highlights and my hair looks yellow. The hairdresser Tegan she absolutely messed up with my hair she cut it and it’s uneven looks terrible. Moreover, the salon is ridiculously overpriced for a very average service that they provide. Paid almost £170 for highlights and now need to look for another salon to get them fixed. If they expect customers to pay that kind of money they should hire professionals who would be able to provide high quality service. I chose not to return back because I would not trust you with my hair again, simple as that, and the service you provide is below average it’s far from “excellent” as you have mentioned. You offered for me to return so you can cut more of my hair? You hire people who are incompetent to do their job. You should be disappointed about that and not about customers leaving their honest reviews. I wasted my time and money coming to your salon, and then had to go elsewhere to get my hair fixed. You should hire people who can get things “right” to begin with. How is it even possible that what was meant to be a reputable salon I was left with a yellow hair, or that my hair was cut uneven? Absolutely ridiculous, and your generic reply to my comment doesn’t change the fact that you provide a very poor service.

Claire was amazing, she rescued my curly hair. Curly hair people go to Claire!! I had a terrible haircut by someone who did not understand how to cut my curls and Claire rescued it. Not only that she was so kind and motivational and gave me amazing hair care and curl care tips. She genuinely cared and she is very good at what she does. I am so happy!
