Very disappointed with the uneven colour received by my daughter at this salon on Saturday. She was expected to go around with ginger roots and dark ends for 3 days before being able to get it fixed. Obviously had to go elsewhere to get this done, but despite agreeing to fix it (3 days later) Kharma would not offer even a small contribution to the extra costs we had. Charming. Won't be back. ** edit: With reference to the claim that my review is "malicious" I can assure you it is not. What happened was my daughter went for roots retouch and the colour came out ginger to the first 3 inches of hair, followed by her natural colour. Salon refused point blank there was anything wrong with it and said to see how it was after a wash??? Nonetheless we went elsewhere to get this rectified. Getting false reviewers or others to slate this review speaks volumes Kharma. It was a bad situation and you handled it with appalling empathy. You just did not care. Three days later the issue was resolved in that we received a partial refund. Despite paying in cash, you wrote a cheque as a refund. You were hostile when I came to collect it, holding it at arms length without looking at me and offered absolutely no way of apology for the hair. You don't seem to realise the impact a bad experience has on your customers and you treated us terribly when this happened a year ago. I've a good mind to get legal advice on this because you're obviously defaming me to your customer base.
