   Best manicure I’ve gotten!! We travelled to Scotland from Canada for our wedding last month and I visited Buff to get my wedding day manicure. Three weeks later and the nails still look amazing!    Buff on East Market Street is the only place i will ever get my nails done. From the relaxing, friendly atmosphere to the detail and precision of design to my nails. it all makes a perfect experience every-time. I have been going here for over a year now and get my. nails done monthly, my nails have never been healthier too! I recommend Hollie, as she makes it calm and listens to my needs and is comfortable to change things i don't like. Overall, highly recommend buff! also a big plus is it being dog friendly, thus in a hurry i can bring my dog if needed.

   I cannot reminisce enough about my gel manicure at Buffs! I travelled from Canada, and didn't have a chance to get a manicure before I left, so I was in desperate need for a mani. After doing careful research, I rang Buff up and wanted to see if there were any openings for manicures that were at the start of my trip and to my surprise there was an opening on one of my busier days. So hot tip here, if you can't find a time that works for you through their online booking system, give them a ring and you may be in luck! I ended up getting a linear french manicure with Tara, and she was fabulous - I was also introduced to their BIAB in the shade flubber, and I am to this day obsessed (unfortunately we don't carry that specific shade and brand of gel in Canada). The space was super quaint, and super clean, and it really was such a relaxing way to start my day. The salon is also located in an area that's not super touristy, so you get to feel like a local for a few hours. Definitely booking some appointments when I'm back in the fall.

   I've been visiting Buff for around a year now since moving to Edinburgh, and it definitely is the best nail choice I've made. After seeing Jen's designs, I just had to book an appointment. Jen is a very talented artist and paints nails like she's painting a picture - the process really is so intriguing to watch, and relaxing too. Imagine Bob Ross as a nail artist, and that is Jen! It also helps that the nail bar has a chill atmosphere and the girls in there are so down to earth and have great chat. I always look forward to my next design and the compliments I receive on them are so bittersweet, as I only wish I could say I'd done them myself!

   I’ve been going to Buff now for two years this month! I will never go anywhere else, Vanda is brilliant, whether I go in with ideas or ask for her input she is so creative and talented and I always leave with stunning nails. She indulges my love of colour and always has good advice for keeping my nails in great condition. Her chat is great too, I look forward to our 4 weekly catch ups, it’s like visiting a pal!

   I've been going to buff. for the past eighteen months and I even though I'm moving soon, I cannot possibly imagine going anywhere else. Jen is my gal, and every time I leave (after a good natter and a cracking soundtrack) I feel thoroughly pampered and zen. Jen is an artist in the truest sense of the word – I've never seen someone so talented at nails and so creative. I'd never go to anyone or anywhere else. She looks after you from the moment you enter the salon, taking interest in your own ideas and putting her signature care and attention onto the finished product. Plus, the compliments I always get on my nails are lovely and I can't take credit!

   My absolute fave place to go, it's a salon like no other and a real self-care treat. Every nail artist is pure lovely and super talented. My main gal is Vanda though and her artistry is just incredible. My nails never fail to impress friends and strangers every time. I walk around with happiness on my hands and when I catch a glimpse of the art on my nails the joy is reignited. Cannot recommend Buff enough!
