incredible service so happy, been here very many times and they never fail to disappoint! the staff are the kindest ever and the nails are so clean and professionally done. definitely am a regular now!
I’m normally a very picky customer when it comes to nails—I always look for tiny flaws. But honestly, with this set, it’s hard to stay picky! I tried to find something to criticize just out of habit, but there’s barely anything worth complaining about. The Christmas details like the peppermint candies, snowflakes, and especially the 3D Santa are incredibly detailed. The nails are long but perfectly shaped with no crooked angles, unlike many places I’ve tried. The colors are accurate, the lines are clean, and the sparkle effect looks even better in person. If I really wanted to nitpick, there are a couple of areas that could be slightly more refined, but definitely not enough to lower the rating. Overall, even as a high-standard customer, I have to give this a full 5 stars. The set is festive, elegant, eye-catching, and beautifully done. Absolutely worth it!
This was my regular place for manicure and pedicure but when I went in today, I realised , old people are not there anymore. I think the place is under new management.. I asked to remove old nail polish and do manicure . Not happy at all. She don’t even cut my nails. The girl who was doing my manicure , she had such long false nails on, she was not comfortable doing her job, I don’t understand why she was wearing very very long nail extensions where she need to give service to customers. She couldn’t take change out of the till due to her long fake nails , her colleague had to help her to take coins out of the till. Plain manicure cost me £18. Not happy at all. I want to know where old management move to, if anyone have any info, do mention please.
Very poor service! The staff are not attentive they jump between vlients making them wait for st least 20minutes during their treatment. Not apologetic or anything will not be back here Very long wait unpleasant and unprofessional service with a long wait.
they are really very good. The last two times one of the girls has taken care of me and she's fantastic. I prefer her much more than the guy who works there but I never came out of there unsatisfied. Absolutely recommended
Hannah was absolutely amazing, she’s extremely experienced and accommodating, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my new set of acrylic nails!! Also a shout out to Sarah, because you did prepare my nails! Thank you guys for doing such a wonderful manicure and knowing it was so busy you guys helped me enjoy a smooth appointment!!
Brilliant service and amazing value for money. The staff were really friendly and my technician did an amazing job of my nails. Looking forward to going back again next time!
