   The guy who did my nails was alright, the nails were shaped nice and service was fast however my nails are thin and i’m not sure i got biab like i asked for? the coating is not even and some bubbling which i’ve never seen before when getting my nails done.

   Been going here for some time now and they never fail to impress me, I showed one of the staff a picture of the nails I’d like and he did just that and then one of the girls came over and did some touch ups to my nails and copied the nail design, then added a bit of glitter polish to the leaf design in the middle nail just for something extra and seriously she did such a great job, way better then the picture! Thank you! ☺️

   When I arrived, the nail technician who was supposed to do my nails was literally asleep at his workstation. His colleague had to wake him up and let him know I was there. As a French speaker, I apologized for my limited English, but he just stared at me with an annoyed expression and said nothing. Throughout the manicure, he was incredibly unpleasant. He didn’t say a word, had an earphone in one ear, and kept looking at his phone. He gave me angry looks every time I didn’t place my hand exactly how he wanted. At one point, he even hurt me with the nail drill. He didn’t apologize — just gave me another annoyed look. Now my nails are sore, and I’m pretty sure he used the wrong size nail tips, which makes them feel uncomfortable and painful. Completely unprofessional – I do not recommend this place at all.

   I came to Edinburgh as a day trip, and ive called in to make an appointment, i dont know his name (he had a blue piggy bank), he has done such amazing job, i am so in love with my nails, just how i wanted it. Thank you so much for having us!!! Lovely lovely professionals!!

   Can’t comment on your services, I’m sure it is good, although I can’t book it because the website link sends me to a Mini Cooper dealership in Ireland, I wanted to book my girlfriend some nails, not a left hand drive hatchback

   i can admit they did quite a good job doing my nails, but the worker cut my nails SO short they were non existent. i need to take all my nails off now since my real nails have all cracked or broke off in half.

   Been going here for years. Dulgit is amazing at doing my eyelash extensions and threading and tinting my brows. She is very friendly and always does an amazing job.. best place I have ever been to. 100% recommend.
