Had paid click and collect, that required a customer collection number that i wasn’t aware of and had not been supplied, was left swinging if you don’t have it there’s nothing we can do, with the paid for item sitting on the counter. Not our problem, take it up with the supplier Not interested in providing a solution or helping in any way. Their attitude left a lot to be desired, in fact seemed to be enjoying it. Will not be using their services again.
