Today I was served by a wonderful guy named Brendan and young nee employee called Jack. They work in the Airdrie shop. I had to get new bulbs and both guys were so helpful and amazing. Changing the bulbs and doing a check over my car. They get a 10/10.
Discontinued Tool chest was on sale in the box , couldn’t find a picture on the net , manager took it out of the box for me to check out , great service , I bought the tool chest at a great price

Was having trouble fitting my front windscreen wiper and drove to this branch to get help and advice, a nice man on Saturday 18th February came outside in the rain and informed me cheerfully I only needed to "click" it in-place and that was the procedure done. Didn't cost me a penny and the man was very friendly and knowledgeable.

It was really nice to have good customer service for a change (its hard to find these days!). Two members of staff were fighting over who would help me (not really...just banter) and the lady that did was excellent. A great example of how customer service can be
I had my bike back for its 12 week check and some warranty work which was diagnosed and repaired by your excellent bike tech, Scott was absolutely fantastic and kept me up to date at all times. It’s good to see someone who has pride in their work well done Scott!
