I am an NHS worker in the community and had a flat tyre due to driving over a screw while I was out working yesterday. Went to this garage as it was near by and the staff Stevie and Ryan were so helpful and came to the rescue. Drove to my car and repaired my tyre also noticed the tread on the other side was low. Went up to the garage and replaced the other side that morning for me as well. Honestly lovely staff and great service.
Absolutely fantastic service from the guys in the Garage. I turned up just before closing with a flat tyre and they stayed late to help. Worth every penny and I would have paid more.
Pleasant welcome from start and the receptionist was a woman which is not the usual. The waiting area was very comfortable. Didn’t need to wait long as my car was seen to immediately. The garage staff were very friendly. The premises were very clean. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Very poor customer service. Advised brakes need replaced which were checked in February when the car was serviced, rear brakes are needing done, asked how do you know? We checked them I was told. my reply: really do you know it's brake drums on the car. Garage adviser walked away after saying "do what you want". Also advised that when servicing cars not all garages remove the wheels. I can remember when Airdrie Motoring Centre looked after customers. Shocking attitude.
I visited the place to get a quote for an exhaust replacement. Someone checked the car over and came back to reception and went behind the screen to whisper to the receptionist, the receptionist approached me and told me that the car required a full new exhaust and DPF pipes...but that he didn't want to do it because it was too much work. Really! Is that not what you're in business to do?
