Absolutely fantastic pub, with great service, people and craic! A remnant of Scottish pub culture of times gone by, Jaybee’s preserves the ambiance and remains true to itself in an era of otherwise soulless pubs!
Bar staff friendly, Paul behind bar was a great host, chatting and cheerful, always smiling, and the regulars were a great bunch, would highly recommend it to all .

Came in for a quick pint while staying with friends nearby. Paul is a great and friendly bartender and the other patrons made a half-Scot half-American very welcome. Front door is heavy as F so pull hard to get in!
This bar used to be as close to a regular as I ever had. Earthy but amiable with good range of whiskeys but limited choice of beers. Pool table which is always a plus.
The staff are very friendly, the drinks are reasonably priced and the customers are very sociable. Jaybees has a relaxed atmosphere, with no loud music to distract you from your conversations. Most of the people who drink there like a game of pool so if that's your thing, you'll fit in perfectly, even if it's not, the people will still make you feel welcome there.
