   in for tracking garage done it and the tracking was still off took it back and they said i need new tracking rods and tie rod ends for both wheels they said all corroded and broken threads on track rods thats why they could not do it so they gave me a price to get it done and they will order the parts so back into garage 8 days later to get fixed they messaged me day before to bring car in early morning before 8am which i did gave the the keys i went back home then they phoned me 1 and half hours later to tell me they had no parts to fix the car they said they order them on the day and could not get them then they wanted a extra £100 pound on top of the price they gave me to fix it so i cancelled it and to it to another garage they done the tracking and it was done right they said i did not need track rod ends mine where ok and no broken threads and didnt need tie rods either farmers auto where trying to rip me off so avoid this garage

   This used to be a great garage but not any longer. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere where. Twice this month we have been messed about and even had to go back as our service we had done a couple of months back they didn’t fill the oil up to a safe level. We went back and made out we were at fault but they would fill it to save any issues Update on review I was contacted by the area manager and advised I would be contacted back regarding my complaint but as usual nothing back again I reiterate my original message go else where for any vehicle maintenance

   I called and enquired about getting my car serviced under warranty, I specifically asked about whether they would use Vauxhall parts to keep my warranty validated. I was assured by the guy on the phone that this would be the case and it was a certified garage and the service book would be stamped etc. I’ve just returned from the Farmers branch in Bellshill. I was met with the manager who said he was just ordering the parts for the service that was due to take place this morning. I then asked again if it was going to be genuine Vauxhall parts used. He decided to tell me that it was going to be Vauxhall quality parts, i.e not Vauxhall parts. I asked for my keys back and departed. Be very wary if this, it could invalidate any manufacturers warranty and if I hadn’t double checked I could have been left with a rather large bill.

   These guys are awesome I was priced roughly £130 + vat by Arnold Clark to investigate 2 MOT issues , the guys at farmer found the issues free of charge and fixed them also carried out MOT for the same price ! Brilliant service I can't thank them enough

   Took my car in last week for two tyre's, was informed that my two front springs had went on the car. So I said to replace them then, even though I had no issue whilst driving or indication that there was any issue with the car ( noise, movement or so on ) anyway got a call about an hour later saying that the two gas strut on the front were away too. So i said just to leave the work and just do the tyre's, they said ok, an hour later got a call saying that they could not get the original springs back on, so ended up having to pay for them and now the car, once it hits any type of bump is clearly got an issue that it didn't have before. Im certainly not using them again
