   Been going here since I was 16 and haven’t been anywhere else since. I’m 23 now and I’m never disappointed in the nails I get here. The staff are so lovely and attentive, their attention to detail is fantastic and their prices are great! Definitely recommend!

   Firstly, I paid £32 when it’s listed as £28 full set acrylics. (Red acrylic powder with top coat), Secondly the guy who did my nails decided it would be good idea to go for his lunch half way through my set, leaving me waiting for 15-20 minutes, thirdly the guy did not clean the nail before applying top coat leaving them looking glittery which I am not aloud (for work). And last but not least he cut two of my fingers. & now When I message complaining about my experience I get completely ignored. Now I am on my second day with these nails my fingers are extremely itchy and sore. Definitely would not recommend

   My daughter came here to get her nails done. She was very upset and crying when she made it home. She had wanted nail art and they said it could be done but definitely weren’t confident in doing so, so she ended up with gems completely different and not the same design. She wanted glitter and different art too. The second lady seems to have disregarded this and my daughter said she was upset with the final result. She was scared to mention in case they charge her more for taking it off. This is absolutely disgraceful with how much they costed and the bad job done with them. As soon as she left the shop the gems had fallen off too of one nail after being flimsily applied. Very sad seeing as the other reviews are good, terrible for my daughter, will never be back. Waste of £42 and her time. I now have a child in tears and with her hard earned money wasted.

   First lady was very quick, too quick she then moved on to another customer whilst my nails were drying. Another girl took over. Had to remove the polish as it had run. Applied again and dried again. They were not dry enough so I have already got marks on two nails. I will not be back!

   Nails done by Mai! She did an AMAAAZZING JOB on my Christmas themed nails! She took her time to make sure that I was happy with the colors and design. My cuticles were done nicely and she took her time without rushing through everything! These are Shelac only colors. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND MAI if you want talent, thoroughness and attention to detail!

   Got my gels changed here. Initially got an odd vibe because I didn’t make an appointment - so I’d recommend doing that before coming. Nails came out beautifully, although they skipped my cuticles for some reason! They used a dremel for a lot of the nail care, which is different from how they do it in the states - but all in all it was a great manicure. They also offered me tea/coffee halfway in. Good experience - thank you!
