I had an appointment and I still had to wait 40 minutes before I was seen. Then the girl put the tips on my nails then left and I had to wait another 15 minutes for someone else to take over. I had a picture of my nails that I showed the technician so they knew what to do. Before I arrived I had been messaging them about how much my design would be with 3D and I sent the picture so they could see exactly what I was asking for. They came back to say it would be £35 then when I came to pay it was put up to £48 because I had apparently only asked for the general price of acrylics even tho they knew what I was asking for. Then they had turned on disappearing messages so all my messages from them had deleted so I couldn’t show them that the said £35, the staff were very rude about the whole situation. Over all, I will not be returning as I did not have a pleasant experience here, and all my nails came off only one week after getting them and paying such a high unexpected price you would expect them to stay on for longer?

I've never left disappointed. Great prices, no matter what design or detail you want, the guys & gals will make your ideas come to life. Never not been complimented on my nails and can usually get around 3 weeks without having to go for infills. If you are not sure, give it a try, don't just take my word for it.
