   I'm a bloke who used to bite my nails, but stopped recently and couldn't get them looking even half decent by myself. Never been before, but, decided to take the plunge and have a manicure. Pretty sure, despite it being my first time that this shouldn't have happened. Was cheap, so perhaps I should have had lower expectations. If I do go for another session, it won't be here.

   I choose to do the service, in which I am very unhappy. Communication is one of the problem I have faced, less understanding of what customer needs, and staff talks among themselves on their native language too much, which makes us uncomfortable while sitting in front, and service was not satisfied because of lack of understanding from customer point of view.

   Staff is lovely they are very good with the gel but I asked them to remove the gel and it was a butchery. My nails have been polished and seriously damaged and i dont even thonk they have totally removed the gel. Quite a shame because I liked to go there but they have clearly lost my confidence
