I go here because you can walk in. No faffing about trying to book appointments online. None of this "we're busy" when the shop is empty and you haven't booked. The staff are so nice and the prices were as expected.
I’m new to Bathgate and came here for the first time a few months ago and it’s the only place I go to now. Atmosphere is chill and friendly, I’ve only ever been served by Gemma & Vicky but they both make me feel so welcome when I come. Always a good laugh. Hair cut is done within 15 minutes and it’s top notch quality & I always leave feeling good. 10/10 service
Decided to get a last-minute haircut for my 2 year old boy and how convenient that walk-in service is available! Staff were so good with my boy, and he got a great trim for reasonable prices. Will definitely come here again! Thank you!

He wrapped a cloak around my 5 year old with cannibis leaves printed all over it! - Tacky. But I didn't comment on it. Also, I asked politely, not to use the spray, as my son doesn't want water in his face. This is a common problem for little kids. Even adults sometimes. The barber drew me a dirty look and gave me an attitude. "Whit? Water? PFFT" But he was nice enough to the man he served before us. It took me years to encourage my son to get haircuts. So yes, no water! Why be rude? He didn't bother making conversation with the little one, while he was cutting his hair or anything. Stood there like a pit bull chewing on a wasp. I'll be sticking to Kurdish barbers in Bathgate as of now. They're more respectful.

Hands down the best hair cut my sons had. Gemma was so lovely, welcoming and friendly as was the owner. I wouldn't take my 7 year old anywhere else now. Great service, really happy.
