   Nail tech left in the middle of my session and abandoned me with a halfway finished set. Another tech finished them and they were pretty good, but the first guy up and leaving was pretty unprofessional. I think he had to pick up someone, but maybe don’t start a customers nails if you have to leave soon? Also the customer before me hated her nails so much she asked him to remove them before he even finished. Very strange and unprofessional environment.

   Me and my friend went to get our nails done, waited around 30 minutes to get seated, kids were running about shouting and screaming and one even fell backwards off a chair, filed nails down too much and cut all our fingers WE ARE IN PAIN, man was very rough and when we said something he just kept going THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, however in the end we did have alright nails so if you don’t mind a lot Of pain I recommend ❤️

   Avoid at all costs. I came in and asked for acrylics, was told to wait with no time given. After waiting 40 minutes, the man started on my nails. He was rough and did not listen to what I had asked for, and when I clarified multiple times he seemed upset. He chose the wrong colour and blamed me, when he did not pay attention when I pointed to the colours and verbally told him the numbers that corresponded. He was rough with filing and made 4 of my fingers bleed (noticeably, not just a small scratch). The acrylic was misshapen, and he did not clean up my cuticles until the end, when he used the machine and scratched off 4 fingers of nail polish at the base. During this process, he clarified with me that I would pay $32, and that I would have to go and get money out to pay. He also had his kids in the shop (not an issue) who he yelled at several times, and smacked his son once which made everyone very uncomfortable (the lady next to me and I shared some very concerned looks). I told him "I am uncomfortable paying you full price for these nails. I do not have delicate skin, but you have made me bleed, and my nails are shaped badly. I am happy to pay $25 for the basic service, but I don't feel comfortable paying you all of it for a bad job." He then added extra money, rounding it to $40, and told me he'd take them off for free. He stood in the door way and refused to let me leave, waving the nail clippers at me. I had with me my bags as I am travelling, and he said I needed to leave my belongings there when I got out the money. I replied "I am not leaving my belongings in a strange place" several times until he let me out the door. He also tried to physically grab my hand and cut my nails off, and I had to say "please don't touch me". He then followed me to the Tesco 200m down the road, until I gave him the $25. I was genuinely worried that he would stand until I gave him more.

   I have been here lots of times over the past 3 years and yes although sometimes they take too many clients at once I have always had great nails. Susan and Tommy are lovely. Cleanliness could be upped a bit but overall no complaints about the nails.

   This is the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to! Equipment isn’t cleaned or sanitised between customers! (risk of HIV/Hepatitis), communication is terrible, prices change half way through the procedure & the nails themselves are terribly done. I got infills & the parts of my old acrylics that were lifting didn’t get filed away/removed. The new acrylic was just placed over it. Some of the acrylic is sitting on the actual finger beside the edge of my nails. It all started snapping off the morning after.
