I had a towbar fitted back in september 2022 with integrated electrics. It's never let me down. I recommend this company.
Fantastic service as always. Have now had 3 towbars fitted by IDS. Service is always very professional and very quick. Recently changed to a Ford Ranger where I needed a lower towbar fitted in order to pull caravans than what was already on. IDS couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommended.
Would give 0 stars if I could !! IDS towbars blew a control module in my car after they fitted a towbar to my car and tried to deny they caused the module damage The car was normally covered by Kia manufacturers guarantee but Kia dealer stated warranty was invalidated due to the IDS towbar installation causing the issue to the module Would definitely AVOID this business!! Reply to owners response on 28th July Just to clarify a couple of issues falsely reported The fault was a blown control module in the car which happened the first time I used the caravan and plugged into 13 pin socket shortly after the towbar installation The only independant inspection that has been carried out on the car since is by the Kia Main dealer who had advised that this fault was caused by the IDS Towbar installation This control module fault would have normally been covered by the Kia 7 year warranty but they ruled that this IDS Towbar install had now voided Kia warranty As you say it’s up to customers to make their own decisions on who to choose for a towbar , I was only stating what happened to myself and the large bill I was left with through no fault of mine
Had a failure with badly fitted towbar electrics. IDS repaired the issue and replaced all the wiring and now I am back on the road. I won’t go anywhere else in future. What a smashing job. Great customer service and a very good price. Highly recommend these guys!!
Ian and the crew were very helpful. Came back to me quickly via Facebook query and then kept me up-to-date with the work that was to be completed. Work was done on the day and at the time I requested so was great service. Will be back to get some other work completed.
Ian and Scott fitted tow bar on my Kia Sportage, used IDS, a two or three times always good workmanship tidy job and good advice, at reasonable price, you wont be disappointed.
IDS fitted a detachable tow bar to my Nissan X-Trail. First class job. Very neat and tidy finish. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend this company.
Just had my 2nd tow bar fitted by Ian. Excellent workmanship on both and completed on the time agreed. Ian is a great guy to deal with. Explains everything very clearly and takes great pride in his work. Wouldn't go anywhere else for a tow bar fitment and would highly recommend him.
Excellent installation service and follow-up at a great price! I recently had a fixed towbar with 7 pin hook up fitted to my converted VW T6. Ian completed the work in good time and the workmanship is of a high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend IDS!
