   Got my nails done this morning at UK Nails and I’m so happy with them! I tried to book ahead but was told they had availability all day and I could also just walk in — I decided to go right for opening at 9am. Every staff member I spoke to was so kind and helpful from the moment I walked in. The man doing my nails was brilliant — he checked in with me after every step to make sure I was happy with the shape, colour, and overall style. He was also really thorough with prepping my nails, which makes me feel confident they’ll last a good while! I arrived at 9am and was out by 9:50am, super efficient without feeling rushed. Really pleased with the experience and absolutely love how my nails turned out!

   I received a terrible service today, I went in for Gel Biab and showed the picture of an Ombré nail design to the manicurist, (first picture) he didn’t mention that he will not be able to get the colour and started the service, when it was time to apply the gel polish, I got something completely different (picture with French tips) I drew his attention to it and showed him the picture again, all he could say was I should go to the wall and look for the colours, he was so unbothered, and did not make any attempt to correct the base colour used even after clearly seeing that it was a completely different colour from what was shown to him. I was forced to opt for French tips as white tips was the only reasonable choice for the colour he used. As if this wasn’t enough, I ended up with the fattest nails ever! Nails are so high and bulky, I mentioned filing them down a bit to make it look natural to which he responded that it couldn’t be done as the nails were long. It’s been over a year of doing Gel Biab and not once have I gotten such wonky looking nails. The second star is for the pedicurist, she did a fantastic job.

   I’ve been a regular at this salon for a while now, and they never disappoint! The staff is always warm and professional, the salon is impeccably clean, and the quality of their nail work is exceptional every time. My nails last beautifully, and the attention to detail keeps me coming back. Highly recommend!

   Love this salon! I come to get my nails done here every time and they always managed to get my nails exactly how I wanted no matter how complicated. Especially the special occasion nails like birthday, Halloween, Christmas, Valentines etc. They can do 3D designs with a selection of beautiful gems and charms. You just gotta show the inspo pic and ask in advance a bit. The lady that does the pedicure is also so nice, always smiley and the hot stone with the pedicure is heavenly. 100% recommended to everyone.

   Had the pedicure it was absolutely fantastic owners wife is really good at pedicures. Nothing worse than having sore chapped heels always feel so much better after a pedicure in their massage chair would highly recommend.
