Very helpful advice to help us filter the potential lead in our drinking water from old lead pipes. Bought the Doby M system and very happy. Easy to change cartridges once a year. Would recommend.
Simon knows his stuff and will not try and sell you something you do not want! Bought my whole house filter thing from them and been flawlesss, no moving parts, no bags or blocks of salt to carry. No wasted water either. Filters are easy to change and Simon is able to purchase them directly from the manufacturer as opposed to the USA so no inflated trump tax!
Pompt, Efficient & Friendly Service This was my first order of Water-to-Go filters from Fountain Filters for our walk in Spain at the end of the month. For our preparation, I needed the filters asap. Fountain Filters spotted an error with my order being a wrong email address which they corrected and still assisted with a payment issue. Their readiness to help me correct this so they could get the order out quickly was so appreciated. Despite my errors, they still got my order out today without delay. Having failed to source an O-ring seal for a 20-yr old Franke Triflow plastic water filter housing, I found Fountain Filters through a Google search. I rang FF and, to my great surprise, was answered by Simon himself, who confirmed that they had the O-ring I was looking for. I followed up on my call with an on-line order (for delivery to the Republic of Ireland) and got an email the next day, advising that my order had been dispatched by UK Royal Mail. Two weeks later it was delivered to my door by An Post (the Irish Postal Service). I found Simon himself a pleasure to deal with and found the service I got to be highly efficient. I had a very good experience all through and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Fountain Filters.
Great business, reasonable prices, excellent service run by honest people! Really happy with my water filter used for my business. On year two of use now after having my first replacement carbon block and media which was really straightforward to replace. I ordered a single water purifier tap to replace a faulty tap that I had purchased elswhere. The new tap is excellent quality, does a perfct job with no leaks. The service from Simon & Louise was excellent for initial contact through to delivery. I will certainly use them again.
I have a German filtering system in the kitchen with very expensive replacement parts. The filters from Fountain Filters, not only did the job at a fraction of the cost, but when ordering they gave very helpful choices, such as adding a replacement ‘O’ ring, and silicone grease. I have now used FF for two years and will continue to do so. An added benefit is they remind you when the filter needs replacing, but don’t inundate you with further emails.
