   This review is a direct response to the negative review left by The Bald Bodger. The "chap" you spoke to you when you visited "Reid's Garage" was me, Andy Donaldson. On the morning of your booking, you were met in a friendly manner by myself and Caitlin, who witnessed the greeting. I went on to confirm your booking also taking time to confirm your contact info. You quickly asked if you could have a word with me, in private. Before I continue, may I add that before meeting you that morning, I witnessed a motorbike drive into our parking bays, the bike in question was fitted with the incorrect style of lighting and also an incorrect type of rear tyre. This was visibly obvious from a distance. Any way back to our encounter. We made our way outside to stand along side your motorbike. (the same bike I'd witnessed drive into our parking bays) You quickly made me aware in a roundabout style you were after a "dodgy" MOT as you already knew your motorbike was not up to the minimum standards required to PASS an MOT. From that point you were treated with the contempt you deserved. You even offered money upfront!! You were given information on MOT testing standards and left our site. After carrying out repairs to the stated failure points. You did return to have the MOT carried out at a later date. Your motorbike was tested and FAILED the MOT but was PRS passed after a minor adjustment of headlight aim. PRS = Passed Repaired on Site Thank You After reading your review which was pointed out to me by a regular customer. I did try to call you and left a message on your voicemail, inviting you back in to the garage to have a chat. You have also left the same review on Yell.com

   A very conscientious garage owner. He will charge you based on what the job is and not try to fiddle you. He can MOT motorcycles as well as cars and vans. I had to get work done on my car and he showed me on the computer what the recommended time and cost was.
