Had to wait 30 mins taxi never arrived happened two days in a row made me late for my train and late to work had to book with central cars and taxi came in 5 mins if never had drivers available at 6 am then shouldn’t be taking booking even pre booked a taxi as well but still took ages won’t be using express cars anymore just a let down
Booked a taxi, told it would be 10min. Waited 20mins never turned up. Phoned the office only to be told they had a problem. Didn't have the customer service you would hope for and give the customer a phone and let them know. There are plenty other taxis in cumbernauld I would suggest you contact another
Have used these guys locally, and yesterday for a late night airport transfer to Edinburgh. Always on time and friendly service. It's very appreciated, thanks again!

I tend to only do positive reviews, but sadly on this occasion people need to be aware that this company doesn't care about its customers. Booked a taxi online the day before I needed it. All information was given for the location of where I needed to be for my appointment. I was provided with an invoice and acknowledgement of booking. I thought Great service ! Sadly not. ***Firstly, I'd like to mention the driver was smoking and using bad language through out this taxi service*** ●Taxi arrived half an hour late. ●Driver instantly discussed money claiming what I had been priced in the invoice as wrong and it would be a lot more. ●The driver wanted me to pay with cash rather than use the app. ●The driver asked where we were going, I told him the address and he said best have your sat nav on. (I thought he was joking) ●The driver asked about my line or work and then belittled it. ●The driver was smoking in the car multiple times. ●It seemed the driver was lost and I said perhaps call the main office for direction, he did do this twice. And both time did not follow instruction. ●I was made aware that my taxi ride had cost him a fayre to the airport to which the driver was clearly not happy about.(He would have gotten more money for) ●The driver was driving erratic(wrong side of the road and performed a U turn at a busy section of the road in Glasgow (traffic lights in front of princess Royal hospital) genuinely thought we were going to get into a serious accident! ●Driver was swearing at other drivers.And lighting another cigarette. The journey should have only take just over 20mins, it took over an hour and I didn't even get to were I needed to be the driver pulled over and left me in town in an area I didn't know and also took money from me. I know I shouldn't have paid but the whole event was just awful and I needed away from the situation so I paid and managed to hail down another taxi. Once home I called and spoke to management they did apologise, promised I wouldn't have that driver again. Said my next taxi booking would be free. I settled for that but when I decided to take that offer up for a short distance fayre, I was met with a lady who thought I was lying and she hung up on me. Had to use a different taxi company to get home. Called the owner to make him aware of what happen for him to never get back to me. Please, please save yourself time, hassle and money and maybe even your life depending on driver and use a different company. Wish I did especially on the 2nd occasion but I was trying to give them the benefit of doubt.
called for a taxi and they said it would be 45 mins, waited for over an hour and called and they said the taxi no showed and theyd try get another out to me. after waiting another hour I called back just to be hung up on again immediately. upon getting my partner to call for me the second she used my name she was hung up on. shocking cheek from the operator never use again.
Have used this company for past few years . Absolutely shocking treatment from Express cars tonight! Called them to order taxi from the concert hall tonight! Called around 15 mins later to be told driver had turned up 5 mins ago! No call back ! Won’t be using this company again! Shocking way to treat their customers
Never again. Booked return taxis for my childs summer dance school. First day even though they took my child to the wrong place and sat outside the wrong place when collecting, I couldnt fault the driver collecting as they were in contact at all times, super friendly and rest assured a mum, so felt confident enough to book following day as well as all dance days. Tuesday 19th july 22: I specifically asked driver to ensure he was going to correct dancing (the wrong place was booked in again even tho I told the lady on phone...we even laughed about it and she said it was corrected) drop off no problems, it was the collection this day that I still cant believe. Driver phoned me at my ooked time (3.55pm) to stay he'd been waiting for 10mins already, so i explained daughter in dancing and I'd booked 5mins early and if she was later than 4pm I'd gladly pay extra for his time. He just kept telling me he had already been waiting 10mins. I said I'd go and phone teacher and get her sent out early then to solve problem. Phone goes again (4.03pm) this time for it to be the calls operator with a stinking attitude about how her driver wants to pull off the job as hes already been waiting 15mins. I told her the same that I would pay for any extra costs for their times I'd rather have them there a wee 5 mins early then late. again replied to that I should have informed her this morning that and each job gets 7mins before the driver leaves and he'd already been waiting long enough so.... immediately I cut in to say "so you're going to leave my 10yr stranded" and repeated to which she hung up on me. Tried phoning back to see if my child was being picked up...no response. Had to phone teacher to find out my daughter was already away. The behaviour from both the driver and caller was extremely unprofessional not to mention disgusting that I will never use again
