   I purchased a car from Brownsburn Garage and the experience was flawless. The guys I dealt with were very accommodating and approachable with any questions I had, which considering this was my first car was many. The vehicle was presented very well and had been professionally valeted along with being serviced prior to being viewed.. The owner particularly was great to deal with and put any concerns I had about buying a used car at ease: he was keen to fill me in on the service history of the vehicle and how best to maintain the vehicle and ensure it's longevity. Overall they made the process simple and easy which is exactly what I was looking for.

   Hi. I bought a BMW x3 PX64YPD from them. I live in London . before buying the car, I talked a lot about the car and he told me that the car has no defects. I left London for Glashow. I arrived, all the documents were done, I took the car and left. when I arrived in London, surprise. The car had serious problems with the gearbox and not only that. they told me to go to a mechanic and talk to the mechanic and see if something can be done. I wanted to solve the problem and I changed the oil, the problem was somewhat solved, but not completely. anyway, my wife didn't want anymore this car. the company wanted to pay whatever was necessary to fix it, but I needed a car without problems, not one to start fixing, even if they pay. it is my time and nerves for something that is not worth it. I was promised that the car has no problems, but the car was full of problems. I took it back and they returned the money I paid for the car, nothing else. a simple car purchase cost me about 1400 without having bought a car. they didn't even agree to return the oil change to me, although I gave them the receipt. let's leave 40 hours to get there and back 2 times. therefore, I fall buy Cars from their company. If anyone want to buy from them ,check very carefully . even if he promises to fix them after that, it's your time and your nerves. thanks

   I recently bought a car from Brownsburn garage. There was a particular model that I was interested in and they had it. The car is in such perfect condition and the checks they carried out beforehand were very reassuring. The service that I received from the sales staff was excellent! Really friendly and I was given the time to think about it, not feeling pressured at all, and always on hand to answer any questions I had, even after purchase. Highly recommend!
