Put a £100 deposit down for a car they sold my partner for £2.500 a week before pick up. The garage said they would put a fresh 1 year mot on the car, few days before pick up still no mot had been done, we called garage and they said car needed a new handbrake lever that they would fit before pick up. They done mot and we went to collect car, drove 1 minute down the road to warning lights coming on for abs and other lights out ect. Took car back to be plugged in by mechanic who said it needed a new abs! They said to take it back on Monday for them to fix and they would give us a courtesy car in the meantime, stupidly we agreed, on way back home stopped at services to top fuel up and to check tyre pressure and the car started rolling with the new ‘hand brake’ they had ‘replaced’!!! Also even better engine management light came on!! Safe to say car went back and full refund was giveno’ My partner said to the people there it was clearly a fake mot they had put on the car and they didn’t have anything to say about it except sorry!! Wouldn’t recommend unless you want scammed with cars with fake mots and lies.

Bought a van from this company just over 6 months ago. Worst idea I've ever had buying from this place. The van is basically a wreck. Here's a list of all the things I have had to fix since buying it: Passenger side front shock Passenger side front wheel - this and the shock were broken before purchase for sure. When I looked at it I saw orange over the brake disc. I figured this was rust but it was actually fluid from the shock. That and when I removed the tyre to find the crack in the rim I found it was already marked with yellow chalk The roof leaked through one of the roof bar mounts. Seller said it was just condensation The front roof bar strut was covered in silicon. when removed I found both of the supports for the van were snapped and had to be re-welded. Brake pipes Brake pads Control stick for the wiper blades didnt work on intermittent Injection sensor - leading to an injection fault The rear doors were out of alignment Its currently in the garage waiting on a load of other parts for various other needed fixes. Its spent more time in with mechanics than it has on the road. All this and apparently it came with an MOT just before purchase. Surprise surprise, it had a clean bill of health from this garage. It has had light use since purchase and there is no way I have put all this damage on it. Monumentally disappointed as I bought from a garage (paying way more than a private sale) for some form of guarantee. I haven't bothered to get in touch with them as they've already pulled my pants down and my blood pressure won't stand talking to a dodgy used car salesman, which is effectively all these guys are.

We have yet to take delivery of a car for my daughter- however, Martin was a pleasure to deal with. Fair and reasonable, plus the reassurance of an MOT, 12 months warranty, pick up and collection are absolutely amazing! So glad we found this dealer.

Got a nice and clean pre-owned car at a reasonable price and mine was traded in at a fair price. A missing luggage compartment cover and sat nav box were provided post purchase at the garage's expense. All in all a very good experience! Love the car!

Noise from front o/s disc, turned out it was a bit of metal picked up off the road that was making the noise. I wasn't charged anything. Great service. I have been using them for around 10 years now and have always had terrific service.

At time of purchasing. Car a dent on a passenger room. NOT fixed. Rear back window damaged only willing to try and repair not renew. Was advised timing belt and water pump would be changed before or purchasing. NOT done. Called to get a copy of the receipt and no record. I was told a picture was sent to me which had came from a previous owner. I never received it.. They tell you like and sell you rubbish. Car has been in for glow plug faults and I am going to be forkibfoit 300 to replace boot and door as cheaper than trying to remove dent and replace glass. Don't purchase a vehicle from them unless you have paperwork. Verbal doesn't cover you if it goes wrong..

Can't fault these guys. Very courteous and accommodating despite me having to re-arrange my appointment. Explained what was needed, the costs and the timeline for getting my van back. A pleasure to deal with, which is nice when a lot of mechanics are quite the opposite.

Efficient and friendly service with a good selection of used cars. Just bought a car from them, it was a completely seamless process. Gary was very helpful in ensuring the car was ready for collection in the agreed condition we requested. The car also came with a full 3 month Momentum warranty which gives great peace of mind. Can't complain about the service we received.
