Been into Beatsons, Dunfermline a few times and dealt with Mandie. I'm a bit of a novice DIYer, so I've ordered the wrong thing a couple of times. Mandie took the time to go over things, clarify exactly what i needed and arranged delivery. Perfect.
Ment to close at 12 stop answering the phone at 11:30 and close the gates at 11:45. Don’t advertise times if your lazy staff can’t be arse staying open

Ordered 3 bulk bags of sand and stones. The delivery driver dumped them where they were suppose to be getting laid, phoned and asked them to be moved then when the guy comes he tells me noone was in the first time (lies, there was 2 of us in) then he wouldnt drive 1 meter on to my drive to drop them in a decent place! Won’t be buying anything from this place again, if your looking for a reasonable company this is not for you. I’d try MKM Building Supplies
We were informed by a confirmation email and during three separate phone calls that they would be delivering on one day. At 4.55pm I phoned to ask if they were sure it was arriving that day. Beatsons said 'yes, 100%, definitely'. The order never arrived, so we had builders waiting for no reason. Appalling customer service.
