Great, friendly, no nonsense service from Jordan & Alana. The booking portal is very handy and easy to use. The early/late opening hours are also great for someone working full time. Would recommend and will definitely be back when my car next needs work.
Highly recommended this company for a long time. Brilliant customer service and always looked after our cars. Last two times had my brakes done by them and both my cars have this issues where brakes making noises. But other than that they are professionals and have great amount of knowledge on all kinds of vehicles.

No pushy sales tactics here !! Just honest & knowledgeable advice from 2 very enthusiastic hardworking individuals. Car was booked in through there bespoke Booking portal (very simple to use) All work was carried out to a very high standard and could not have been happier. Couldn't be happier with service. After reading multiple recommendations on The VW Golf Owners Club page I contacted Alana and booked for annual service. She helped stear me through what had and more importantly had not been done at dealers previously. Great communications throughout. Trust is a huge thing when your a car enthusiast. I had been to other garages for coilovers to be fitted and set up. They were set up that bad, I had to find someone else. These guys had to inherit the work to fix and redo my suspension work. They carried this out to my exact specifications. My car needed other work that was identified in the health check. I approved this work and when I got it back I was not disappointed. Friendly, honest and informative staff. I have found my new garage to look after my BMW E90 335d. Thanks all as the car drives superb now.

I found J&A Automotive while searching for a garage that stood out from the crowd, ive been in the motor trade for 26 years (bodyshop) so I don't just give my car to anyone. I've used plenty of garages over the years and some garages which are alot closer to me, but after checking Jordan and Allanas work out I was not disappointed. Jordan diagnosed & fixed a fault that many other garages didn't want to touch and fixed it to an exceptional standard. The customer service from Allana was 1st class, I have now found my new go to garage. Well done guy's use are both smashing it compared to your competitors, keep doing what use are doing use put the rest to shame.
