   Had engine problems with my van, this company told me it was a water pump and a turbo to the tune of £980 paid them the money got van back next day turbo was whining an heavy smoking. Took it back to them they’re told me it was fixed and safe to drive drove it about 10 days the van went into limp mode and engine light on smoking heavy again took it back they kept the van for nearly 2 weeks never once calling me to give a update when I called got told mechanic off sick be back Monday then still off sick for another week with no updates just poor communication. Got van back today they told me they don’t know what’s wrong tried to drive van home and engine light came on again van smokes heavy and goes into limp mode called the garage got told not their problem and hung up on me. This is absolutely disgusting way to treat anyone but thankfully I’ve got all the videos it will be a straightforward case for trading standards.

   Absolutely fantastic service from John and the team. A few weeks ago had one of those dread moments when driving. A loud rattling noise from underneath the car. Drove into the garage and straight away and without appointment the boys diagnosed the problem, gave me a price and booked in for the next day. Great customer service, honest and friendly. I'd definitely recommend this garage. First class service
