I came here to change the oil. After changing it, the machine reported an engine error. I went to check elsewhere for the error and they told me that the biggest error was the oil change and that I should go back to the place where I changed the oil last time to check it. When I went back to this garage (where I changed the oil) and asked them to check the oil to see if there was any error, they only checked another part and said that it was not the oil and asked me to pay an additional inspection fee. I went twice and clearly stated that the oil they changed last time needed to be checked. But they still did not check. That made me unhappy and I did not get the results I deserved from them. I will never go back and will not recommend it to anyone in Baillieston. I advise you not to experience it because it is so bad. The price is higher than other places.
Best garage in Glasgow. John and his team have been servicing all of the families cars for decades. A company honest as the day is long. Great professional service and the banter is always hilarious. Highly recommended.
I booked an MOT for my van and came with a driver to take me back. When I arrived, there was no space to park, so I stopped at the gate and went to the office to ask where to park. The owner was not nice and told me to move the van and park on another street. I drove around but there was no space anywhere. When I came back to explain, he told me again to park somewhere else, one more street away. They didn’t care at all about my problem or try to help total ignorance of the customer. I just thanked him and left. Very rude and unprofessional. Not recommended.
5 star got me in last minute for my mot and it passed flying colours, amazing service from every staff member and even helped me get a taxi and home safe, 100% return restored mt faith since ive been failed by previous garage, cannot thank yous enough

Dreadful service, took over a month to fix a simple problem, workmanship was terrible, was told conflicting stories by staff when calling to get progress reports, after collecting my vehicle it broke down with a major engine fault after 450 miles due to not being put back together properly....avoid
Car in twice same problem still not fixed. Took the car to another mechanic, got fixed without issue. Phoned the owner to discuss refund or policy on mistakes, after 5 minutes of a seemingly reasonable conversation the guy turned in a heart beat very defensive. At the end of the day i gave them 2 opportunities to fix the same problem i would have been an idiot to give them a third. I am not suggesting they go out their way to rip anyone off but from my experience i wouldnt recommend them. They did offer to take it for a third time, but as i said they had 2 opportunities.
Decent place, trusted garage that does the work for a reasonable price. The boys have never let me down and manage any request I give them, no matter which car.
