   Ordered items for next day collection. No notification by text, so assume items not arrived for collection yet. Thought I'd phone to ask\check...no point no number for branch...central number only, which closes at 5 and only open Mon-Friday. Very poor cs...strongly suggest you move to Screwfix, they have branch numbers...open branch hours. Your dropping way short of your competitors Tool Station.

   Waited a fair bit to be served as only one person serving even though there was another there don't think guy should be on his own tbh, the guy serving was extremely friendly and helpful which kind of made of for longer than usual wait time which I'm used to in other branches.
