   This was a truly awful experience. Our motorhome was removed to Bustec's premises on 1st June 2023 and we only got it back on 18th July 2024. They are Aviva insurance approved repairers but they seem to be a law unto themselves progressing repairs (or not) at their own pace and they never make contact despite promises to return phonecalls. Our motorhome was parked at the back of their yard for the best part of a year and they only submitted an estimate for the repair after we visited them in January 2024. We requested that it be repaired elsewhere but were declined and we also refused a temporary repair as we suspected that this would mean a final fix would take a considerable period of time. When we finally got the machine back it had sustained external damage whilst in their care and there were signs of extensive external mould despite having been cleaned. We complained to Aviva regarding this, as well as the standard of the repair which their engineer classed as "commercially acceptable" but we now have gaps in the new flooring and drill holes where there were none. It has not, in our opinion, been repaired to an acceptable standard. I would not recommend this repairer to anyone - unfortunately we had no choice. We have given a 1 star rating necessary to allow this post but would not rate them at all.

   I had an accident in my Motorhome in May 2021. My insurance company directed me here. It’s now February 2023 and my Motorhome is still not repaired as they are awaiting parts they have paid for from Chausson. Despite us calling numerous times , my insurance company calling numerous times we are still no further forward. Now I appreciate they say they are waiting on parts but what company pays for parts and doesn’t chase for a delivery date when they have received nothing 18 months later???? They never call to update , don’t call you back when they say they will so we are left continually calling them when they then tell us they will chase it up but nothing happens! I am in Facebook Motorhome groups where people with similar accidents have waited a few months but not almost 2 years!! I have given them a 2 rating as they did do a temp repair so we could continue to use our Motorhome. Our insurance company can’t send us elsewhere because Bustec say they have already paid for the parts - I’m beginning to doubt it will ever be fixed

   Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.. Helped me in an emergency when mercedes (opposite) would not give me the time of day even though I bought the part from them. Bustec were happy to get my wipers working again and were very reasonably priced..!

   Ordered livery for van. 2 weeks waited. Finally, after 2 weeks told to my manager that no records about it, even has been done a pictures of van, 3 times in week phoned to ask when will be ready. After it I can tell that there is very bad service! Would not recommend.

   Repaired our Mercedes but unfortunately it was left with a large puddle behind the drivers seat and mould all over the back seats, the car was then given back to them and they were informed we needed it back before a certain date as we were going on holiday they then phoned us a day before and told us it would the day after we had left and we had to ask them to bring the car back where we were then asked to sign paperwork stating that the required works had been carried out when they hadn't. We then had to find a company who was willing to clean the car from the incredibly disgusting state of mould and damp it was in. In short we would not recommend using Bustec LTD
