I drove all the way from glasgow to the centre to fix an issue which I already told they just did diagnostic and repeated the same thing to me and told we cannot fix by searching on google and charged me £50 for doing absolutely nothing. Such a shame

Fantastic garage, they diagnosed my headlight fault quickly, ordered the part and fitted it. Craig kept me informed and was able to complete quickly knowing I need to drive away by lunchtime to go to Thurso for work.
Professional and upfront quotes without any hidden charges or hassle. I took 2016 Jaguar XF for an engine diagnostics and they were able to give me quote on the spot. They advised that it may cost more than I was prepared for and that I should consider alternatives also. The vehicles stayed their premises over 2 weeks while I was browsing without them making any hassle or charging me at all. I appreciate them being upfront and not taking the vehicle in and then charging me hefty down the line.
Don't judge a book by its cover . After being let down elsewhere McMillan jaguar said they would assess the repair to parking sensors, provide an estimate and repair . All carried out within a day and a half including painting. No frills on this garage but a fraction of main dealer price.
