Mechanics were very polite, efficient and quick at replacing my busted tyre. That's all you need to get you back on the road in only 45 mins when advised it'd be 2 hours. Bonus was the written report with advisories. Good stuff Airbles Road Kwik Fit.

I had my wheel alignment done from Kwik Fit - Coatbridge in the morning but while driving from there to work, it felt like the steering was slightly angled to the right. As Kwik Fit - Motherwell was close to my work I went there to ask if they could check again to rectify the alignment. They were happy to check again, and fixed it. The technicians at Motherwell was much more professional than the ones in Coatbridge, as they have covered the steering wheel and seat with plastic cover before using the car, unlike Coatbridge staffs who have 2 brown stains on my black inner door panels. The only negative I would say is that as the shop is quite busy on the day I went, I had to wait about an hour before they checked my car. Great work guys, keep up the good work

Went in off the street with suspected puncture at 1000. Gary said they would investigate and would try to get back back by 1200 or as schedule allowed. Gary investigated and found cause as faulty valve. I agreed to replacement and was on my way with a fixed tyre by 1130. Excellent work by an excellent technician
Had an appointment at 10.00 never got took until 10.30 only two employees working in kwik fit workshop doing fitting and reception , I got charged for dispose of 4 tyres but only disposed of 2 also I spent £385 on 4 tyres so got tracking check done my front left was out was charged £65 with no discount take it or leave it very poor
Staff was responsive and did a great job on our Volvo V40. They explained everything before executing the work. My car runs smoothly now... No bangs no vibrations..

Booked mot six weeks in advance online to ensure I was off work. Was called 3 days before appointment to be told they had no examiner. I had to rearrange and take more time off work
I had booked for tyres and called the branch a week earlier to get a break appointment, at their request I moved out my tyre appointment by a week so that they could do the breaks at the same time. When I arrived, they advised that as a result of staff shortages they were only focussing on tyres, and I would have to rebook the breaks. Had you or they advised I would have booked both the tyres and breaks elsewhere. Frankly your staffing issues is a Kwik Fit problem, not mime
