   Absolutely terrible service. Car in for a 2 days repair had it 3 weeks and when I got it back reversing sensors weren't working. Took the car back next day 3 weeks later still waiting on a phone call to say the part required is in. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

   Poor service on arrival. Stood at reception unacknowledged for at least 5 mins before any of the office staff spoke to me and there were 3 of them sitting there who saw me. The chap who came and assessed my car was excellent and very helpful.

   ❌avoid❌ was instructed to bring my car into these cowboys in June 2024 by Auxillis. Two simple things needed fixed, one side mirror and some scratch’s removed. They held the car for about 2 weeks and once they completed the job they drove it to my house on three flat tyres, the side mirror wasn’t flush with the body of the car, bent mid flap bracket, scratched front grille, clay on side window, fog lights weren’t working, & black overspray on front bonnet and side of car. Upon raising this the car was given back to them to rectify their damage they caused, second time upon collecting the car further damage was caused! Front near side alloy poorly refurbished still causing a slow puncture, paint hairline cracking on front bumper, missing retaining clips, weatherstrip on side and front of the car damaged by pressure washer, broken seat handle inside the car with parts of it left in the cub holder. Upon raising this yet again and refusing to give them the car again, an independent assessor came out along with the Manager who point black denied all damages under wear and tear (that old chestnut) They also decided to remove the tracker from my car while it was in their possession. If you’re instructed to attend by your insurance to go there I would think twice before letting a bunch of halfwits wreck your pride and joy. Have had to escalate this to my insurance for a pay out to fix their problems on my own.

Staff at initial telephone contact were courteous, polite and quickly answered any questions. informed of repair progress and provided courtesy car to my place of work timely and professional. Fabulous company, delivers and offers confidence that things are done correctly.Company went above and beyond. Could not fault . Stephen is trustworthy manager and would recommend highly.

   Took my car to be assessed on 3rd March 22 and 2 months later they still hadn’t ordered the parts to repair my car. Every time I called they made an excuse “..the guy who orders the parts is off..” etc. They arranged for my car to go in for repair on 15th April, but on the 14th they called and said they didn’t have the parts. Phoned the insurance company and told them and they called CR, they confirmed that nothing had been done with regards to ordering my parts and told me the manager wasn’t available. Not impressed with this mob at all. This was Quote Me Happy’s authorised repairer but god knows why. I now have to find someone else - bloody joke.
