   I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The work on my car felt overpriced, unfinished, and handled unprofessionally. • I was originally quoted £600 for repainting the front bumper, rear bumper, and bonnet. After agreeing this, the person in charge (Bilal) increased the price by another £200 without giving me a clear explanation. This left me feeling misled and frustrated. • The paintwork was rough and unpolished, far below the standard I expected for the money charged. • They said they would remove dashboard warning lights, but when I collected the car these were still showing. • The car was also returned dirty inside, which in my view shows a lack of care. • I also found Bilal rude and unwelcoming, which made the whole process unpleasant. Overall, based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this business to others.

2. Reality Check ★☆☆☆☆

   I took my car to this body shop about two months ago. Bilal originally quoted me £600 to paint the bumpers and bonnet, replace the front grille, fit a new wing and headlight (which I supplied), and remove dashboard warning lights. After dropping off the car, the price suddenly changed to £650. When I came back to collect it three days later, he demanded £800. At first he was polite, but as soon as I questioned the jump in price, his attitude completely changed. The work itself was not worth the money: • The dashboard warning lights were never fixed. • He claimed the sensors couldn’t be repaired because the wires were “burned.” If you run a body shop, you should be upfront about that or capable of handling it. • The overall quality of the job was not professional. Honestly, the work he did was barely worth £500, never mind £800. Between the constant price changes, poor communication, and unfinished work, I strongly believe this shop is dishonest. To make matters worse, an hour after I posted my review, Bilal texted me threatening to sue me for “ruining his image” — even though most of his reviews are already one-star. That says a lot about how this business handles customer feedback. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Avoid Bilal and his shop at all costs.

   Leaving one star because no option for zero. Very poor communication. Asked me to leave the car for work. For 3 days, wouldn't attend phone. Didn't reply to text or voice messages. On 4th day, I just brought my car back from the garage. Still no communication. They owe for £40 for leaving and picking up the car. No work done. Absolutely no communication. Very very poor service. Not recommended at all.

   Excellent experience and very happy with the service. I rang up late on Friday afternoon; offered a 2pm slot the following day. Aircon checked thoroughly and regassed. I was kept informed of progress throughout and cost before the job was completed. Well done Autodoc. I will definitely recommend you to others.

Outstanding price i would highly recomend this service to anyone if you need your aircon back in action could not of asked for better service this was by far outstanding and the best i could of got resonable and very good communication

   Brilliant friendly customer service and excellent prices I compared several garages and found these guys very competitive, The owner was very good explaining what needed done and got me fixed and back on the road the same day for less than the competitors, I will definitely use this garage again, The owner even gave me a lift up road while work was done, and gave the car a free health check. Thanks guys. Tried to add another review after 2nd time using this garage, I just can't recommend enough i had a grinding noise coming from my brakes and gave them a ring and they are so very friendly and had me drop my car off and back on road in couple of hours at a unbelievable price, I'm usually really unsure of garages but these guys do outstanding quick job at great price definitely my go to garage.

The place is quite big for a garage and they can service all kind of cars from the cheap to the super expensive, very credible and competent, as they do not cutting corner with your cars and give you the most honest review for your cars. Had booked online, car collected from home also had a mini valet. Was so happy with all the work. Stress free. Will definitely be using Autudoc4u again.
