Very pleased with the service, communications and engineering skills from ES Alternators and Brian in particular. When you come across a company like this it restores your faith in human nature. So helpful and efficient. Repaired my alternator for my 2001 3200GT in a week. (I live on Skye so postage to and from handled efficiently) Saved me money as a new replacement is about £1000.00. Plus much better for the planet to refurb than just chuck out the old unit. Highly recommended.

I have used the guys at ES over half a dozen times and from the very first time I wouldn’t dream of using anyone else. With me having a work van they are extremely understanding of this and cannot do enough to help get back on the road as soon as possible. Whenever I call down they always answer and get me seen to as soon as. Extremely friendly guys too and a wealth of knowledge I have never left without my vehicle fixed and extremely happy. After being told categorically that my 8month old battery on my Jeep Renegade was fine by the garage who fitted, the repeated jump starts must be down to faulty alternator. I took it to ES, spoke to Brian and instantly felt at ease that he knew his subject inside out. I left the car with him for 2 hrs whilst he ran a series of tests. The end result was a very detailed written report stating the battery was indeed at fault, not the alternator The cost to do this was very reasonable and I now have something to wave at my original fitter, and I get my battery replaced under warranty tomorrow. ES Alternators are thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and communicative and I'd have no hesitation in recommending or using again. Thank you Brian and team.
