My car had broken down and would not start, I called Roselea and they were happy to take it in for a look. The car was dropped off Wednesday morning and I had a call Wednesday afternoon to say my car was fixed!! Collected it yesterday morning before work. The staff I spoke to were lovely and friendly. Will 100% be back in the future.
I have been brining my own cars and my family's cars here for years. They provided a bring service and work to keep repair costs down. It's always hard to find a garage you can trust but I would say you find it here. My go to place for MOT and service and car repair needs.
This is a really honest garage that you can bring your car to without worrying about being ripped off. They do everything possible to get your car back on the road. Very reasonable prices and no long waits. I have been a happy customer for the last 4 years
Highly recommend this garage. I had a broken front spring and the guys managed to squeeze my car in that day and replace the broken spring and tyre that it had destroyed. They also noticed the other spring was not far off going and both my rear tyres needed replacing. They offered me price to carry out the extra work with zero pressure and managed to get the car back to me on the same day. Very reasonably priced and accommodating guys. I will be back and advising others to come here in the future. Thanks again for getting me back on the road at such a busy time.

Having used this garage on few occasions and my daughter also, being new to area I was a bit disappointed when popped in for puncture repair 5 minute job to be told to busy when they were all clearly doing nothing! Only one person with working on a car. Won't be back!!
I’ve been coming to this local garage for about 10 years now for MOT’s and service’s. Again, VERY courteous staff, professional mechanics and managers who kept me informed as they made progress. Flawless and excellent service!
I've been using Roselea for 17 years now and always found Stuart to be friendly and knowledgeable. Once a problem is diagnosed, if there are options, he will talk through the most cost effective solution. My mother in law (of over 72 years) also uses Roselea and is very happy with the service they provide.
This review is due to the patronising, condescending MALE (masculine) attitude from from your garage, relating to a woman that's over 72 years old, I delayed writing this review but I think a review is essential. My mother has used your garage for YEARS now, she made an appointment at your garage due to EXTREME noise from vehicle over 45 mph. It's an older mini, you apparently inspected the car and feedback was no noise found! I ASKED her to return to you because I thought you had a good reputation, despite her saying, she didn't appreciate attitude at your garage. Despite this, she made another appointment, attended again, advising your garage in my wording, noise over 45 mph and gave you a HINT: rear drivers side noise. I would call the noise ALARMING! The second visit, again response from your garage was no noise, could be this or that. She was willing to pay for proper diagnosis and for fix obviously, she said conversations at your garage were intimidating: an example you mentioning not being a 'taxi' to diagnose; to take car on dual carriage/motorway over 45 mph (to attain noise being reported), she said she left your garage feeling insulted, belittled. Took car elsewhere, took two days to diagnose and fix the issue at rear drivers side, whereas 2 days at your garage with no work completed. Please use this example to improve for training going forward, she was under impression the owner was involved in conversation.
