   Surreal experience to say the least. I went in to get a sidelight bulb replaced. I was called into workshop where the technician is holding the main headlight bulb and telling me that the fitting was faulty and needed replaced.I told him it was working on the way into Kwikfit ????? And that he was holding the wrong bulb. He doubled down stating that the main bulb was blown. Funny thing it was working on the drive home. Anyways I now will steer clear of this branch of Kwikfit in future.

   If I could give zero stars I would supposed to take the car on Thursday quoted £20 for alignment they cancelled said machine was broken called on Saturday told they could only fit us in that day at 4.30. Turned up at 4.30 left the car to be called at 4.45 and told they 'forgot' they closed at 5 and the alignment would cost £65. Told them to leave it when we went back they were incredibly rude and condescending when challenged on how they could do the job in 15 minutes they said it would only take 10, a wheel alignment can't be done properly in 10 minutes. Terrible customer service and extremely rude staff, total charlatans just glad we didn't let them touch the car!!

   Thank you to the lovely man who put a tyre on my car today even though they where fully booked. Didn't even get his name but I was taken there by the RAC after my tyre ripped the night before and couldn't get a rescue until today. I'm a district nurse and need my car. This lovely man saved me from breaking into tears so thank you so much! Your a true gent! X

   We got a flat tyre 30 mins into our road trip. We ended up going to a different Tyre City thinking it was this one. At closing time, we realized we were at the wrong one. This location not only stay open EXTRA hours on a Saturday, but also changed our spare from the flat tyre we got an hour before. Thank you for saving us on our holiday up to the highlands. And for going above and beyond what you had to do. Excellent and kind customer service.
