Very professional and good customer service. Explained everythibg as to what woukd happen and the timescale involved and was spot on.
Had to go there to get windscreen replaced, used Google maps, used the postcode to get to the industrial estate, but the maps landed some other of the site, so I used the three words to find the building, had to turn around and finally got to there site, but again Google maps did not get me there as it was a one way route to get to the building, so again had to turn around and finally got there, got the car parked and they started to work on my car, about hour and half later, got word that car was ready, and all was sorted, was told not to wash the screen for 48 hours, which I didn't as it was great weather. Quick and expertly fitted.
Nissan Qashqai chip on panoramic glass roof thought to be a stone dropped by a bird. Thankfully mostly covered by insurance. Dealt with Karen, a very pleasant young lady at Auto Windscreens head office, who organised the repair very professionally. Kept in contact throughout. The replacement glass was fitted by Kieran at the Baillieston service centre. Start to finish, a very professional experience. Thank you
Excellent service at the Glasgow branch. Met on arrival and taken in straight away. Nice waiting area and clean toilets. Our technician offered directions to local snackbar, also excellent, and gave an accurate estimate of finish time. The job was completed with vehicle manufacturer's branded glass to as new condition and we were directed back to the motorway. Very happy with the whole experience.
Fantastic service from this company. Kept me well informed on estimated time of arrival. Even better that they came out to my home. Gave aftercare advice too. Do not drive for 30 minutes or wash car for 2 days. Definitely would recommend. Thank you!
Don’t make the same mistake I did. Take a lot of photos of your car before you let them work on it. Mine was scratched a lot around the windscreen that was replaced by them. At least you will have some evidence.

The service was excellent, I turned up a little early for my appointment and the guy immediately waved me in, he recognised the car, he explained I could sit in the waiting room or if I wanted some refreshments or food that there was a hot food takeaway near bye. He kept me updated on the progress of replacing my windscreen and I was out of there away ahead of the scheduled time allotted, fantastic service..!!
