   The mechanic was supposed to come and service our motability WAV today. We waited from 7am until 1.30pm for him. I rang Allied Coventry at 1.30pm and they said he claimed to be at our house at 11.10am, but we were watching all the time and we saw no-one. We now have to arrange it again and waste another day, to say I am peed off is an understatement. The problem is a complete lack of communication, all he had to do if he was outside is ring me.

   David from taxi sales was the only redeeming factor, Customer services and garage service's were terrible. Did not return emails,no progress reports and car was returned scratched. After 16 week's in garage, they will not let me know what works have been carried out on car. Stay well clear.

   I had my car in for a service on 01/11/21 as it is still under manufacture warranty I decided to Go to an approved Ford dealer rather than the local garage I always use. The service carried out was fine,as it should be costing £213.78. When I arrived to pick up my car I was shocked It wasn’t washed never mind valeted. I asked in the reception and was told they don’t do it. I was really disappointed in this. Back to my local garage from now on.
