Vauxhall with a burst boost pipe, my usual garage has shut down and my bodge to fix it wasn't going to last more than a few miles. Tony had me sorted within a day for a good price. I'll definitely be back.
Had to put my car in for an MOT at short notice. Tony was fantastic. The car failed the MOT and needed a bit of work. Tony gave me an excellent price and sorted out the repairs and MOT with no hassle. It’s where I’ll take my car from now on. 5 stars and excellent service.
Tony is an excellent mechanic. Will always use him for getting my car looked at. Very professional and knowledgeable as well. I've gotten work done on my car three times till now, and every single time the work was done to a professional standard and with a reasonable price. Tony is particularly well versed in Ford vehicles. Only suggestion I have is to put a sign on the garage so people can identify it more easily.
Excellent! Tony replaced my Gear Box with a refurbished one at a very competitive price when I could not get anyone locally to take the job. I now put my van in to Tony regularly for servicing, MOT and anything that's needing done in between even though it's a 27 mile trip to get there. As a touring musician I depend on my van and you can't put a price on feeling that all servicing has been done well. He always explains everything clearly and works extremely hard to get the job done in great time. Very straightforward.
He has done an MOT and service. I put my car in with an exhaust problem in the morning of a Saturday and the part was ordered and fitted by afternoon. Very fast and efficient and car delivered to home address. Fixed my suspension and wheels when they had went with wear and tear. Listens to what I heard and thought the problem was. No scams or added extras that the car does not need. I had an MOT somewhere else that tries to scam and say things were wrong when not Gave insurance as he checked what they had said was wrong was safe. Gave peace of mind.
Have to say that AVS are a great family run business do all mechanical work from clutch repair to pads and discs alternators starte motors exsost currently doing alternator on a clio for my daughter great too have a dad when you're car breaks down
Can't thank Tony enough. He did a pre-purchase inspection for us and did the necessary repairs after we bought the vehicle. Fairly priced, honest and extremely helpful throughout. If he's not your mechanic, he should be.
Car went in for a service and mot. Tony was very helpful and got back to me straight away with any questions I had! They picked the car up and dropped it off once the work was done. Would highly recommend!
Great garage had my car running back too normal and on the road the same day and for considerably less than I was quoted elsewhere. Great garage will definately use tony again and would highly recomend him.
