First class service from CAM Autos. My Citroen Berlingo died on me and the garage I was towed to couldn’t fix it. I contacted CAM who picked up my car straight away. They carried out all the necessary checks, repairs, rebuild and were able to get the pesky French semiautomatic gearbox operating again. A software update was also required. I can’t praise them highly enough. Stuart kept me updated about what they were doing and all the staff were friendly and professional. Spotless premises too! I don’t hesitate to recommend this garage. Gearbox problems? Make this your first stop. I’ll definitely be back for my next service.
Had an ongoing issue with my pug 208 and my usual garage advised me to take my car here. Needless to say it did not disappoint as my car is still running with no issues. They were able to identify the sensor issues causing the car to go into safety mode and resolve the issues in two days. Would recommend to anyone having issues with their car electrics. I recently had a breakdown and after the RAC trying hard, but failing to get me back on the road, the car was towed to a garage specialising in electrical faults. It was a mystery… 3 days past but nothing was working and the mechanic who I’ve used before (and he’s excellent), just couldn’t get the ignition to work. It looked like the car was for the scrap at one stage - I was distraught. As a last ditch attempt, the car was towed to CAM Autos where I held little hope for a positive outcome. To my amazement, I received a call the next day saying they think they’ve deduced the issue and aim to have the car back to me in 24hrs. True to their word that’s exactly what happened and cost much less than I was expecting. I happily arrived to pick up my car and was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful premises. Very professional lounge / reception area - not what I’m used to at garages and excellent customer service. The whole team are superb, friendly, professional, skilled and decent people. Thanks guys, you really saved my car. I highly recommend!

Initially told they might not be able to look at the car for a few days, but they'd try to get someone on it that day, got a call and a quote about 2 hours later then 2 hours after that the car was fixed, so I had my car back by lunch time. Can't fault them for their speed of service and quality of the work as the problem has been completely fixed. Price wise they were just a touch more expensive than other garages but you get what you pay for, it was a quality service with a speedy result so I can't fault them at all, would highly recommend them to anyone else in the future.
I’m over the moon with the service from Cam autos!! I phoned one day, the next day they had the van in, fixed and ready to go the following day. This was after 3 other garages couldn’t fix the problem. So a big up for Can autos!!
A great local garage with mechanics not just fitters. I've been using them since the mid 90s when they were Citroën services in King's Street. Now my company uses them regularly for repairs to the vans.
