   Always happy with the level of service and workmanship until today. I collected my car after an MOT and the passenger door was damaged. They claimed it must have happened after leaving the workshop and the damage wasn't their problem. Their attitude was also disgraceful. When you leave your vehicle with a garage they are responsible for it until it you collect it. Not in this case. Apparently it is my responsibility to fix the damage even though when I left the car it was unmarked. The manager was totally unprofessional and the whole exchange took place in front of other customers. Unless you want your car damaged and to be subjected to serious attitude go to another garage.

   The reception staff are lovely and really friendly and knowledgeable. The service is good and the mechanics are really good. My car failed it's MOT but the girl/lady at reception phoned and gave me a breakdown of the repairs and cost and booked it in for next week. Really happy with the service.

   Never had issues with this Garage unlike many others. Discovered when I lived in EK and have used almost exclusively since even after moving back to Wishaw in 2009 it’s a pain in the arse for me to use now given the distance but I know I won’t get ripped off. Love you guys ❤️

   Absolutely happy with this garage. They did a marvellous job of explaining all that was needed for the MOT,with a rough costing. They were good at listening to what I (number 1 amateur car owner) wanted. At no point was I made to feel uncomfortable about talking about the car. But, I cannot thank them enogh for going the extra mile. I couldn't make it up to pick up the car as I was due in at work. One of the guys drove my car and met me outside of work to hand me my key, which ment I had my car over the weekend. Whow, what a service, absolutely brilliant. I will be back for mot,s or work for as long as I am driving. Massive Thank you.

   Great place to get your car serviced and MOT'd. I have a garage on my street but choose to go here instead because of the service. Staff are very friendly, easy to talk too, don't talk down to you (I don't know lots about cars), let you wait if you want in a comfy and heated area, there's an awesome dog there too. Highly recommended but very busy place so book well in advance.
