   Recently had a breakdown due to a flat tyre on the M8 west bound, pulled in just before the cut-off the Alexandra Parade and within minutes James appeared in the recovery flat bed as its a free recovery area. James was even kind enough to go a few extra minutes out and drop me off at Kwik Fit at parkhead. Pleasant chat in the cab about everything, we even go on whilst supporting opposite sides of the Glasgow football divide and made a good laugh of it all. Credit to the company and an excellent service.

   Car collapsed on 15 July25 in craigton and James from Thomas Ash came promptly to recover. He tried his best to get car going and spent a lot of time, fuss free. Then without any question took me 30 mile round trip to a local garage. Had lots of problems getting car off truck as car steering had gone. James was professional, courteous and obliging throughout. Great job by James and his customer service was excellent.

   Thank you , Robert from ash Thomas recovery for his help getting my car off the hardsholder of the M8 motorway in the center of Glasgow to where he took it to a quite part of town where he gave me advice on the next thing to do . The service was first class getting me off the road quickly and to somewhere safe, it would of been a not a good day if ash recovery didnt turn up. A HUGE THANKS !!!!

   Apologies first as I’ve forgotten the mechanics name. Camper van VW T25 not starting and faced with recovery to local garage. Thomas Ash sent aid in about 45 min who had knowledge about this vehicle and managed to start her up and diagnose the areas to check. I have some basic skills and after some new parts fitted and a corroded ignition coil connection sorted she’s like a new puppy! Well chuffed The service was first class and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

   Fast, efficient, reliable and friendly service. John helped yesterday to jump start my car, which had a flat battery. I phoned and John was on the scene in fifteen minutes! I was incredibly impressed with how quickly he was able to arrive. John was also very nice and explained his jump starter and the car was up and running in no time. He also kindly waited in the car park until I had driven off successfully. No hassle and took all of about five minutes from the moment he got there. I would highly recommend Thomas Ash & Sons. First-class service.
