I don't normally write reviews but after the service I got... I feel obliged. The staff at Touch-Ups went above and beyond, handling everything with my insurance from start to finish. I got a warm, friendly service and a new and spotless courtesy car. When I got my car back, to my surprise, the car had been washed outside and it had all been hoovered and wiped down inside (as well as a Touch-Ups branded air freshener!). Thanks again Touch-Ups, I'll be back.
From my first visit to Touch Ups meeting Gordon the assessor, booking my car in for the repair with their receptionist and picking up the car repaired everything was “First Class”. The staff were friendly, professional and delivered on schedule.
Above and beyond service. My van required a whole new side fitted after an accident. I couldn’t imagine how to even start doing this job never mind finishing it to such a high standard. They helped me navigate the insurance claim issues and were always on hand to answer any questions. Last year I had some difficulties finding a body shop I could trust, one that wasn’t going to rip me off and one that would do a very good job. I seen touch ups recommended on a Facebook page and decided to give them a try I can tell you it was the best decision I ever made. Right from the very start they scream customer service, estimates are very realistic and they don’t try and pull the wool over your eyes-tell you the way it is and don’t try and feed you rubbish. Regular phone updates throughout the process and quick but quality turn around. Picked up car and got a very detailed hand over and the car had been valeted to an extremely high standard and the body work was first class. So much so that I’ve just used them again and had an identical tremendous service could not recommend this body shop highly enough. Excellent work fair price and top quality service!
Amazing service, the guys are so kind! I have used touch ups in the past so I knew they were good but tonight I went down as someone smacked my wing mirror off yesterday! Gordon was so helpful and currently getting me a quote, however him and his colleague went above and beyond for me!! They made sure I was able to drive the car by sticking a mirror on for me temporarily at no charge, I’ve never been so grateful for this as I can now get to and from work :) would recommend to all friends and fam x
I had wheel arch and bumper damage to my car my insurance put the repair work out to Touch Ups. So glad they did as the work and service has been outstanding. William came and picked my car up from my home and left a courtesy car on the Friday and returned my repaired car back to me on the Monday. Five stars don’t do Touch Ups justice. A brilliant service and totally satisfied with the works. Thanks and I’ll definitely be telling friends and family to use your business.
Myself and my family have used Touch Ups for years now (after initially being recommended to me) & William and the team have saved my bacon a number of times! From me reversing in to a wall, someone smashing in to the back of me, wheel refurbs, 911 recovery, repairs - each time the cars came back in immaculate condition. You can tell they take a pride in the quality of their work & will never rip you off. I have and would recommend them to anyone!
