Just had my brakes done. Excellent service. Excellent price. They even washed my car so highly recommended.

Very nice service. Another garage asked for 640£ for unnecessary replacements. In-Tune did the work for 175£ and even replaced a light for free, going out of their way to save extra money. I'll be back for sure!

Poor advise and expensive prices. The exhaust from our Peugeot 107 fell off at the back of the car. We could look under the car, just by kneeling on the ground, and see that it was the driver side bracket that had fallen off and the exhaust looked ok. I've attached a photo to this review so you can see the back box on the exhaust is basically rust free and just how easy it is to see where it's fallen off. After leaving the car, my daughter received a call quoting £350 for the whole exhaust needing replaced and was advised that the pipes were completely corroded and they couldn't weld as it would combust. She said she was surprised and that the quote felt expensive and she'd return to pick up the car without the work being done. She was then told that this would cost £25 for labour as to assess the repair the car had needed to be put on a ramp to be inspected - this was a labour charge for 30 min. We felt that we should have been told of the assessment charge in advance. I asked about this afterwards and was told that there's signs up in the waiting room letting customers know this will happen. The cost for a replacement exhaust was also high, a quick google told us a full Peugeot 107 exhaust should be about £200 max, so that's roughly what we were expecting as a worst case scenario. Almost twice this cost as a quote was too much. When taking the car away, my daughter was warned that the car would fail it's MOT and they were hesitant about giving the keys back at the thought of her driving around. This isn't unreasonable but as we were going to another garage was ok. It might have worried a nervous driver though into paying their high prices. To get the car fixed, we booked the car into a garage near Ibrox who were able to repair 2 exhaust brackets on the driver side for £40. They also advised that had the full exhaust needed replaced it wouldn't have been more than £200 max. We won't be using this garage again and would warn others about high prices and advice that might be on the extremely cautious side around the work that's required. This was my student daughter who took the car in. Note: I have an engineering background and experience of car repairs and have since inspected the exhaust and it has minor surface rust in sections which is normal - saying it was completely corroded was wrong, as the photo shows the back box has almost no rust. I hope this helps others - I'd use a good local garage instead.

The steering bar for my bike had come loose on my way to the gym, this place is right next to it so I went along to ask for a tool to use. A friendly staff member at reception asked me to bring the bike around to the garage, one of the guys there helped fix the bike and also put the chain back on for no cost. Thanks for your kindness guys !

Someone mentioned this place recently and it reminded me of my experience there a few years ago. Thought I should share: A few years ago I was told I would need a whole new exhaust (inc. catalytic converter) to the cost of over seven hundred pounds and so, based on the age of my car at the time, I asked how much I'd get for scrapping it. They said nothing because they'd have to remove petrol and oil etc. I told them I would take my car elsewhere and as I was just about to turn the ignition the receptionist came running out and offered me £90. Needless to say, told them to bolt and got it fixed for £200 at Kwik Fit (I know, still not ideal) and the car lasted me 3 more years. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Massive thank you to In-Tune having an Audi expert mechanic, and servicing my vehicle, also advising because it is a 17 plate you fitted dealer parts to my car to keep it within its warranty, you were the only garage that brought this to my attention, and what a great price, saved me dealer labour rates for sure. Washing my car and having such friendly staff just made my day. I WILL BE BACK thank-you Martin

Booked my car in for a MOT and service. Garage opens 8 a.m. and I left my car in the care of staff from 7:45 a.m so I had a chance of being one of the first to be inspected. Specifically told them that I needed the car back by 4 (8 hours seemed plenty of time) as I had to drive home after work. Wasn't ready at 4 and although they were sympathetic it didn't help that I had to wait another hour before the car was ready. No complaints about the work carried out but customer service needs a wee bit of improvement.
