AVOID at all costs. Forced to take our car here through claiming our insurance, otherwise wouldn't have. My advice to anyone in the same boat, if you can get 3 separate quotes from elsewhere, your insurance will likely then allow your car to go to your garage of choice which is what we should have done. They had our car for 2 months. Gave us a brand new huge courtesy car that I told them as a brand new driver I did not feel comfortable driving (that's on me and had they only had our car for a couple of weeks that would have been different). They tried to say they do not benefit from people using their courtesy cars (untrue, as I saw the invoice they charged to the insurance company). It was a daily nightmare trying to get an update from them too. I had to call the garage every day to get told they were waiting on a part being sent in. It turns out (which they tried to not tell us to begin with) when they went to repair our car for the minor damage it went in for at the start, THEY broke our car more! Not only this, they ordered a cheap new part from eBay and managed to also loose the new part on their own premises. When I addressed this, I got a 'well it's a big office' in response. The staff have no idea what they are doing, complete lack of communication and customer service. When I then only started dealing with the so called 'manager' she was just as difficult, she would send me a text saying the new part they had again ordered from eBay had not arrived and she would 'chase this up daily' (how? I don't know). They tried to then offer us our car back with NO door handle so I could use it to get to work. The door handle THEY broke off. They then tried to say they would allow me have pets in the courtesy car and food and drink as though this helped. When I had already told them a thousand times over I felt uncomfortable driving the size of the car they had provided us. (l also knew fine well they would go through the courtesy car when it was returned with a fine tooth comb and try charge us for anything they could - like we witnessed them doing to others). It was honestly a living nightmare and this 'manager' was hopeless, and clearly not a real manager. She, if anything might have approved holidays on a spreadsheet in between stuffing her face with 20 tea biscuits a day. She was a common nippy sweety and it felt like she saw helping us was like her giving in or something bizarre like that (some sort of chip on her east end shoulder trying to prove a point of authority) . When we finally after months were able to collect our car back, my Husband hadn't even left the premises and another part of his car came falling off! Right away they tried to fob this off and not help and say it was 'wear and tear' (the part was fine before it went into this garage). And guess what... we got landed with another big huge new courtesy car! Eventually a different, male manager phoned my Husband and agreed to order in the new part for our car and fix it free of charge. Something big Elaine wouldn't have dreamt of and tried to refuse initially until I requested I dealt this male manager directly and not her as she was awful to deal with and utterly useless. We have taken this matter further and fortunately managed to get some of the excess fee (which again, originally had went to the garage which they had tried to deny - another lie) back from our insurance once we explained and provided evidence of everything this place put us through. It's funny when you see the very few good reviews on here too, most of them strangely have the same names of the staff that work here or are related/ married to them. Honestly if anyone has taken the time to read this, please do not take your car here!!

Insurance company referral to fix auto for collision damage. Can’t fault the service at all. The communication, speed and standard of work was all excellent . Car returned in just over a week, clean and looking brand new.

What can I say there is absolutely nothing good about this company. They have nearly had my car longer than I have owned it, and it's a minor repair. Looking at taking my complaint further

Two stars - only because the work appears to have been carried out to a good standard. Otherwise it would have been ONE. In all other respects the service was appalling: Car had very minor damage from a low speed parking incident - the other driver's insurance company arranged for Fix Auto to carry out the repair. Car was dropped off Monday lunchtime - having supplied photos/VIN etc. the previous week. As an MOT had been arranged for the following Monday, and the work was likely to be a day or two at the most, we enquired on the Wednesday to see how it was going. We were told it would be ready the following Tuesday - 6 working days for a minor scuff which needed paint correction only. When I called the next day to tell them we needed the car back on the Monday at the latest (having re-arranged the MOT) I was told it could not be guaranteed - they still needed to carry out 'geo' checks (trying to baffle me with technical jargon!), and final Quality checks (which it could fail). I challenged the need for wheel alignment checks on a scuff caused at 2mph and said that if the car was not going to be ready in time we would collect it that day and get the repairs carried out elsewhere. I was told we would not be allowed to collect our (OWN) car and the insurance company would require to give permission, as long as a waiver were signed - due to the car being released in an unsafe condition! Nonsense! By some miracle the car was actually ready for collection only a couple of hours later. My assessment: The planned 6 days for the repair would allow the repair shop to pad the bill - after all it was the insurance company who were paying - and include unnecessary extras like vehicle alignment check and probably the likes of removing/refitting the bumper/parking sensors/boot lining etc. etc. No wonder our insurance premiums are so high! Feedback will also be going to the insurance company.

Provided this repair centre by admiral after a bump to front bumper and wing, Nissan juke. First attempt at repair December 2022, car was away for a month. Returned with point of wing still bent into light. Eventually taken for second attempt at repair in February and away just under 2 weeks. Returned with bend still there and paint damage to top of wing. 3rd attempt at repair and new wing and light fitted. Front top of bumper now popping in and out and out of alignment with wing. Sent back again and now not fixing their work. 1 missed call from them in 11 days and no further contact. On top of that they have as a courtesy fixed a bash on the drivers door. Hilarious, the door is only a year old and not a Mark on it! If it was bashed, they did it. Only damage on the car is a small scratch caused by a petrol nozzle next to the fuel cap. If you are told they are your repairers, walk away and demand a competent repair shop.

So my insurance have put me through to fix auto to have my car repairs done. Still awaiting car repairs but the hold up with that was with my insurance admiral and had nothing to do with fix auto. The team at fix auto have been great with dealing with my claim especially Sandra has been amazing and I can't thank her enough as has Elaine both have been helpful and keeping me updated on the process with my car.The manager Ronnie I haven't dealt with but seems a nice guy and due to my issues with admiral fix auto has chased up my insurance for me and managed to get things moving in regards to getting my car recovered from storage and into their garage.Again special mention to Sandra she's been great in dealing with any questions and worries that I had fix auto Sandra deserves a great Christmas bonus.

Great service from start to finish. Picked up the car , kept me in the loop about what was happening, body repair done fairly quickly considering the problems in the industry just now. Due to illness I was unable to collect and they delivered it back next day, cleaned inside and out , without quibble. Highly recommend.

The service here is horrendous. I was advised on Friday 4th March that my vehicle did not pass quality control and had to go back for a re-paint and it would be ready Monday 7th March. Yesterday I was called circa 10am and advised that the vehicle was ready for collection. I went to collect it, paid my invoice and then was told that they made a mistake, it wasn't the truck that was ready but the invoice! I was then advised they just needed to put on the back bumper and it would be ready in the afternoon. I heard nothing. This morning I called and they advised that it did not pass quality control again and has to be re-painted. They also advised that someone called me to advise this, but I had no missed calls, voicemail or texts. This place is a shambles. If your insurance company sends you here for repairs - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
